I took my car there for overheating.The man at the front desk told me it was no damage to the engine and I just needed a new radiator. I was told it will be ready the next day and everything should be good. The head man at the front desk calls me on the phone the next day that my car is ready. I get there thinking I’m going to pick my car up happy.He tells me I wanted to tell you in person,we put the radiator in, then we test drives it it overheated again and now the engine is gone. I had to pay my whole I earned in the Army to pay the radiator that wasn’t the only problem. I felt scammed,robbed and taken advantage of at this place for being a young soldier on Fort Bliss.Save yourself a headache and money,stay away from here!

I needed the rear brakes on my 2016 VW Tiguan R-Line replaced somewhere other than the dealership and MPG Automotive delivered top notch service and work. Mr. Chris was instrumental in timely scheduling of the brake service, assuring me my Tiguan would be first in line for service that day. Sure enough my car was swiftly moved into the garage and Mr. Patrick, the auto tech, promptly got to the task at hand. VW/Audi is notorious for 2-things: 1) proprietary “triple-square” bolts & fasteners; 2) electric rear parking brakes. Mr. Patric was prepared with right tools, right software, and professional skills to get the job done right within 2-hours. I left confident in both value and quality of brake service. I highly recommend MPG Automotive for your vehicle service and repair needs. Additionally, I can’t say enough about Mr. Chris and Mr. Patrick, both personable and solutions focused, always keeping the customers needs top of mind.

Great place to take your car. The service there is amazing they are very helpful and explain to you everything you need to know about any problems with your car. The service manger Dillion was great on that he explain to me and showed me all the problems of my car very honest and thorough. Our mechanic Brian was very helpful as well he also explained what need fixing and showed me exactly what he was gunna fix. They both helped when getting my car back as quickly as possible, 110% I recommend you bring your car here.

The lobby if you need to wait is stocked with coffee and water and toys for the kids. And tootsie rolls😊 I feel they truly care about ensuring everything is fixed correctly and at a fair cost

Chris at the MPG on Dyer street is so very helpful and patient when explaining the charges and everything on the invoice. He always accommodates my work schedule to fit me in for an appointment or walk in, even if it's the same or next day that I have available and he has my vehicles serviced and out the door ASAP... The mechanic team let me know right away if I have anything else wrong with mine or my daughters vehicles so that I can address the issues as they come up and not get into trouble on the road. MPG Automotive services. Did a great Job on my truck. Christ Miran was very helpful in having my 96 Dodge inspected. I was only going for shocks on my truck. Didn’t realized how many issues my truck had. Had to replace gaskets underneath the oil and transmission and other issues that were wrong on my truck. Glad I took my truck their his very honest and trustworthy and his mechanic did a great job. Know I have life warranty on my truck . Totally recommend this place to family and friends. He treats his customers with great satisfaction and guarantee.
