I've been going to E&S since i bought my brand new 2013 vehicle. The prices are reasonable. And i had to replace my flywheel and an engine that had 40k miles less than my original engine, which Elias helped me find. So he is very familiar with my car and the things i have had replaced. He'll explain whatever problem you have with no shortcuts. He is very patient and understanding. But most of all he is honest and LEGIT. He is the only one i trust with my car because he knows it inside and out. So if you're looking for a mechanic you can trust and won't try to make a quick buck...call E & S. I promise you wont be disappointed.

I have been a customer of E&S for a very long time. Elias takes care of small and big jobs for me, starting from a simple oil change to replacing engine in my vehicles. I have a fleet of working trucks which Elias is responsible of taking care of anything tamhat comes up all we need to do is stip by his shop and he will find a solution. His prices are reasonables, he goes above and beyond you won't go wrong with him. When you leave your vehicle in Elias hand you won't be disappointed. My wife's window regulator broke on a Saturday and I made an appointment for Monday...I really needed it fixed on Saturday and called back and E and S said he would squeeze me in...good price and beat my normal mechanics price by $250...was really happy with everything!...just found my new mechanic!...

I have brought my Hondas over the years to E&S. Elias has always offered great service and reasonable prices. I have never felt that they try to get me do do unnecessary work or taken advantage of me being a female. He takes the time to show you wants wrong and explain. I come from Gilroy to get any work done including oil changes. I highly recommend this shop.

I’ve gone to E&S a couple of times now, and each time the service has been excellent. Elias and his team do a great job communicating the issues they find and walk you through the process. They take their time explaining the recommendations, what parts you’ll need, costs, and how long you can expect the job to take. They never pushed repairs, only what is needed for that repair. Overall they are an honest shop that I’d use again

I took my Tesla Model Y to E&S for a 4-wheel alignment. The car was pulling slightly to the right. I didn't want to take it to Tesla because they charge 1h labor ($300) and earliest appt is a month away. Pros: 1. The cost at E&S is very reasonable at $160. 2. I called ahead and made an appt. I was taken in on time and they finished within an hour. No hassle, I waited in the lobby. 3. The guys who work there are super nice and down to earth. Cons: 1. After the 1st alignment, the car was still pulling to the right. Also, now the steering wheel is off-center to the left when driving straight (new problem). 2. I made a 2nd appt and took the car back to E&S for 2nd time. After the 2nd alignment, off-center steering wheel issue was fixed. But car is still pulling to the right. I was told there was no further adjustment that can be made. And now there's also a new issue: steering is very heavy and sometimes does not re-center after cornering (dangerous). 3. I ended up taking the car to Tesla and they fixed the alignment and heavy steering. Tesla was able to make further adjustments that E&S was unable to. Looks like the front Camber was set way off, which caused the heavy steering. Cost me extra $300 after all. I like E&S and the guys that work there. But I would not go back there for a wheel alignment. Photos of both E&S and Tesla calibrations attached.
