Brought my car here because the check engine light was on. They told me it was one thing spent $200 to get that fixed. Came back on three days later went back to them. They told me it was something else paid 200 more dollars to get that fixed Again check engine light came back on went back to them. They said it was something else paid $300 to get that fixed. Check engine light came on again so I went somewhere else and they fix the problem. Check engine light did not come back. it was a Sunday and my car broke down the place. I usually take my car to was close so I took it to them. It was an axle after the car being there all day they fixed it and I paid $500. Two months later I took the car to the normal place to get a oil change and they told me that my axle was leaking and they did not put a brand new axle on there which was what they told me they did. They put a axle on there and told me it was new. I had to end up getting a whole new one. I went to them to let them know that the actor was not brand new and they asked me if I had my receipt I could not find it. They told me since I did not have a receipt they could not help me. This receipt they give you your small little white paper receipts. I will not be going back here.

I towed my 2010 Ford fusion hybrid to easy tires because they say they work on hybrids the next day. They charge me $340 for a new battery and a oil change and told me to come pick up my car once I payed then I left not even a block away I had to take my car back . 4 days later they called me saying they had BAD LUCK ! Come get my car . They said it was my throttlebody that it was dirty and they cleaned it up it s working now . I picked up my car drove home no problems then I get in my car thought I was going to the store both yellow wrenches are on car lost power barely made it back home a block away . I called them 2 days ago when I noticed my cars manual book wasn't in my glove box where I left it so they stole my manual and he told me he didn't that they didn't need my manual, so why is the manual going out of my glove box? I told them to look on camera, they could see me taking everything out the glove box, and I turned back around to put the manual in the glove box so they can use it gone certainly just disappeared when my car was at the shop. .SAD they ripping people off . I wish I could've game them a ZERO

I went into this shop to have my brakes repaired. I was charged $354 and my brakes weren't working when I left after some back and forth I was told I had to pay and additional $900 to fix my brakes because the shop had realized that the part they originally fixed was not the problem. I asked if they could work with me because they fixed the wrong part and was told no. They take advantage of people because the real problem was more expensive he did something for cheaper just to get the money. I could have easily paid the $900 had I been told about the real problem first

The owner and his son run this place very well. Usually, when it comes to buying things you have to pick expensive and good or cheap and bad. You don’t have to do that here. I’ve had over 7-8 cars here for everything from having lift kits installed to timing belts, tire rotations and replacement. They’ve also serviced my heavy duty trucks and trailers when needed. Their service prices are competitive. Same goes for tire prices. I don’t go anywhere else because I know they do a great job.

So on Thursday I went to this shop for changing my car’s hybrid battery. I was told to leave the car & pick it up the next day. I was a given a receipt for the deposit in cash I paid. Next day I called them & they said they are still waiting for the battery to be delivered so they hadn’t done anything yet. Later close to noon they called me to say that car was ready. I picked up my car & I paid the amount in full in cash, & was told to get the receipt of the battery on Monday but I got there on Wednesday & the owner was pretty rude when I asked for receipt politely. He told me rudely to wait until 11 AM. I couldn’t wait until 11 so I left but what bothers me is the rude & unpleasant behavior of the owner of that place. The hybrid battery is supposed to come with 1 year warranty as claimed by the owner. I paid $1700 for that.

Had a great experience at Easy Tires. Umer helped me out and was patient over the phone and in person. Really patient and friendly. I wasn’t really sure what I wanted, so he took his time showing us me different tire and wheel options and explained everything without rushing me. I was trying to find bronze rims that matched my OEM style, which was honestly hard, but he ended up finding something even better. I left with a solid set of Falken tires and new rims and couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend Easy Tires if you want good service and someone who actually cares.

I went to this shop to get my tires swapped and paid about $250. After the service, I drove back to San Francisco and noticed my car started shaking at 65 mph and above. My car is modified, but it was not shaking like this before getting my tires swapped here. I went back to the shop to explain the issue, expecting them to check their work. Instead, they told me I had to pay an additional $60 just to rebalance the tires, and the shop manager blamed the problem on my car being modified. That didn’t make sense to me because the car was driving perfectly fine before the tire swap. What made the experience worse was the attitude — they were dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility or even properly inspect the issue without charging more. Very disappointed with the service and professionalism. I won’t be returning, and I recommend others double-check their vehicle before leaving the shop. 3/6 your explanation is inaccurate. After leaving your shop, I went to another tire shop where they balanced the front wheels and inspected the car, and the vibration issue was immediately resolved. The car now drives perfectly fine with no shaking at highway speeds. This confirms the problem was unbalanced wheels, not brake caliper interference as claimed. If the caliper had actually been contacting the wheel, simply balancing the tires would not have fixed the issue. My car is modified, but it was not shaking before the tire swap. Instead of checking the balance when I returned, I was told to pay an additional fee and the issue was blamed on the modifications. I’m glad the problem is fixed now, but the diagnosis provided by your shop was clearly incorrect.
