I received the greatest customer service this day. Right when I arrived, everyone greeted me with a smile which made my day wonderful. The manager even decided to assist me directly with my vehicle. Upon inspecting my tire, he immediately found the cause and told me everything I needed to know. Once we were done talking he directed me outside to meet Evan who will be taking me home. Evan is a very safe driver who always kept both hands on the wheel. The music he played was pleasant and he is very good at keeping a conversation going. I don’t see myself going to any other Toyota dealership. Hanlees Fairfield is the place to be!

Pretty solid service department. They actively provide updates on warranty issues and don’t try to tack on every add-on under the sun. I feel like they provide the necessary services and provide more insight on things you should get done. Nathan the advisor is awesome and needs a raise. He’s at the kiosk on the far left, but give him his own desk! My 10 year old Prius runs very well and I commend them because I’ve only ever taken it to this dealership for service issues, including my catalytic converter theft.

The team is professional and quick and honest. I took my vehicle in for AC service and the team recognized it as a very simple issue that was resolved within minutes. They could have easily charged or overcharged me like some other repair places would have like the Toyota service center in Vacaville, but Fairfield is better than those other guys. That honesty is the reason I choose the Hanlees service center. Add the friendly and professional team and I will be a long time patron. UPDATE. Came in again today for 150k service and Daniel was extremely professional and went through all the options and details of what was needed and pricing. I walked away feeling like I was treated with respect and delivered great service. I will continue to trust this place because of thr great experiences.

I’m really happy with the outstanding service I get at Hanley’s Fairfield Toyota. I’ve been taking my car there since they opened. They value our ongoing customer relationship . Tony did a great job! He checked if an issue I had with the vehicle was covered under warranty and called me back as soon as he found out. I was amazed at the kindness and respect I was shown at Hanlees Toyota service center, Everyone that I spoke to was very freindly and respectful. They provide shuttle drivers to take you home while you wait for your car to be serviced, the drivers that dropped me at home was very polite and mannerable. The service that was done on my car was very appreciated and much more then I had expected. It was finished faster then expected. I would recommend the service I was given to anyone looking for a Toyota service center.
