There's very few places in the Laporte area I trust to do work on my car n truck. And this is not one. They're starting to act like a mini dealerships with cost for repairs. $$$ careful out there .

Eagle Automotive is an honest and reliable shop. I have several family vehicles that I take to them for routine maintenance and repairs. I always leave there knowing repairs were done right and that they will stand behind their work. I can also trust that they will not suggest bogus repairs. What else could you ask for?

This is one of the best mechanic shops. I have been to in a long time. I generally do my own mechanic work but I did not have time. This shop is very professional and honest. They had my car fixed the same day. Their prices are very affordable. Customer service is great.

I can't say enough how wonderful these guys are. Honest and helpful. They even told me I didn't need new shocks when I'd already asked for them. They even gave me a ride home while pickup ac was being repaired. Eagle will get all of my business, plus I'll recommend to my friends and family.

Cheats and liars. Charged me $120 to diagnose my 1989 Grand Marquis for stalling issues. Diagnosis included a laundry list of problems totaling a $1600 repair quote. Went to another mechanic who quickly diagnosed a bad MAP sensor without a diagnostic fee. $130 and my car ran like new. Not one item on the list of Eagles $120 diagnostic problem items included a MAP sensor issue. DO NOT USE!!!

I just wanted to share my experience today with Eagle Automotives on Red Bluff. I am going on a cruise tomorrow, so I took my 2021 Malibu to fill up the gas tank at Walmart. I topped it off a few times trying to get to the even dollar amount lol as I drove away (on to spencer) my car was jerking and turned off on me, I attempted to drive back home (on red bluff and fairmont) my car turns off many times. I end up pulling into Eagle Automotive on Red Bluff. I give the guy at the front my car info and tell him what is happening. He tells me my car should still be under the 60,000 mile warranty, which i didnt think about that. After he ask a few questions, he then simply tells me how I over filled my gas tank and explained it to me ( automobile information is a whole different language to me) and he told me to drive around a little bit to use some of the gas. Well I did just what he said and my car is back to perfect again. He did not try to scam money out of me, or do some diagnostics test or anything extra. He was a decent human and I gratefully appreciated his honesty !! I returned and offered money for his knowledge. Great job Eagle Automotives, the honesty I received today most definitely deserves to be acknowledged.

I called here over the memorial day weekend and the machine recording said they were closed until after Memorial day. I called back after hearing the recording in order to leave a message, and someone answered even though they were closed. The gentleman answered my questions and was polite. They called me first thing Tuesday to talk about my situation and within an hour they had called back to tell me my vehichle was ready. Everyone I talked to was helpful and polite, they answered all my questions and gave me what I think is a fair price for my issue. I hate taking my vehichle to mechanics because I am scared they will rip me off. This was NOT the case with Eagle Automotive. I believe they do honest, quality work. My mind is now at ease and I feel like I have found someone I can now call on when automotive problems arise. It was a pleasure doing business with Eagle. Thank you!

Have been taking my vehicles to eagle auto for years. Everyone says they wish they can find an honest mechanic and these guys are it. They recently found and fixed a problem with my car that had been a problem since I bought the car. When I went to pick it up I noticed a meow coming from the engine compartment when I walked up to the car. These guys got right to work finding the problem and boom they were all the sudden kitten relocation specialists 😂 Great people and highly recommended.

I was having an issue with my truck, after I had done a tune-up about a week prior. I brought in my vehicle and within 30 minutes, they figured out the issue. One of the coils I had purchased from a 3rd party was bad & causing my truck to misfire. The guy at the front desk was very kind & professional. I have been very skeptical about taking my vehicle to a mechanic after previous times of being screwed over but I would highly recommend this shop!

These guys saved me from a really bad day. I called when my truck wouldn't start. At first I thought I had a battery issue, however my shifter was loose. They told me the linkage cable had disconnected from lever on transmission. They were right. I was able to get it to stay on long enough to get it in gear, drove it Ober there, and they fixed the issue within 15 minutes. $55 bucks later, I was on my way. Thanks guys. Eagle has had my truck in for 4 or 5 issues over the last year. Always done a great job. Fair price. Good team of folks here.

As I'm sitting here quietly waiting for my car to get the oil changed, I really must say this shop is great. It's clean and neat inside. Doesn't smell like oil or mechanic shop. The customer service is amazing! The prices are extremely affordable and the men who work here are genuine, knowledgeable and honest.
