November 5th, 2025 around 1245pm, called and requested an estimate for transmission fluid change for 2020 4Runner, young man stated on speaker phone that you could barley hear that I would have to bring in the 4Runner so they could “count the bolts” on the transmission pan and then he stated that every 4Runner has a their own specific barcode for a transmission fluid change and that is why he could not provide an estimate over the phone. Very disappointed, we have been going to Earls since they opened on this side of Peachtree city, but I cannot go back to an establishment that refuses to provide estimates of what a routine job, for a very popular routine vehicle. It’s one thing if they did not know the answer which is perfectly fine, But feeding a total Fabrication and telling me you will charge depending upon the number of bolts, is low down, slimy. I will make sure the rest of the soccer teams and families are aware of the changes at earls and will no longer recommend. It was such a shame because we did soccer right down the road and many of us would wait for them to do our routine maintenance.

I was able to do a walk-in when my battery light came on. They appeared to be really busy, but we're able to do a diagnostic within 30 minutes. I had to leave my car overnight, but they provide a free shuttle to drop you off and pick you up when you're car is ready. This was super helpful! The people are friendly and feel authentic. The prices were reasonable. I will be returning here for my car care needs.
