Excellent place to take my car and suv for any mechanical repair or maintenance. I have 2 infinities and would only take them to the dealership for repairs and maintenance, until I found out about these guys. Now I only take my cars here. I Refer all my friends and family to go here.

Never again. I had my car towed in, they told me the diagnosis and price to fix it over the phone and instantly got an attitude and started talking tough about what I was going to do with it because they can't just be holding on to cars, they got a lot of other cars to work on and they needed half up front. I told them to start on it and sent the money. The guy on the phone said it would be done that Saturday, I didn't hear from them till I called the next Tuesday. They said they're working on it, they'll call me with updates. They had my car for almost 4 weeks and never called with updates, I had to always call them. I finally told them I absolutely needed my car by the end of that next week because I was moving. They said it was ready 2 days later but that it needed more work that they hadn't quoted me on. I said ok and they had it ready the next day. I went and tried to pay the rest of the balance. The guy at the desk gives me the full total, says his father and brother are a pain because they don't write anything down so he had to call and verify that I paid the first half upfront. The one on the phone said I hadn't paid the first 1200, luckily I had the proof on my phone that I did, smh. After I paid the balance that totaled past $3200 I drove it for a day before the electrical problems light comes on. They came n got it, kept it a couple more days then told me it was ready again. Drove it for another day and a half, check engine light comes on. I take it back, they keep it another day, gave it back. Another day and a half, check engine light is back. They tried to convince me that it was something else that they didn't work on that's going wrong now whenever I drive off or that it's just sensors. They complained that somebody else that worked on it before them didn't know what they were doing and i reminded them that they inspected the car before agreeing to fix it and quoting me. After $2400 in electrical and engine work I still can't drive my car and they have serious attitudes and excuses when I try to send it back. The last time I went to pick it up they had it parked on the street unlocked. At this point I'm not comfortable with them working on it anymore and I've wasted a lot of money and time.

This place is fantastic!! The customer service is on point and everyone was super nice and professional. My tire pressure was low due to the insane negative temperatures so I stopped by to get them filled. The guys filled my tires and put new caps on so it’s easier to fill during cold temps. They didn’t charge me and they were quick and professional! I already referred them to my neighbor and I will be coming back with any car repairs/issues/maintenance. Thanks everyone!

Best in Bridgeport. I had an issue with my CVT transmission, and although the diagnostic codes indicated a sensor change, many local and transmission mechanics advised me to go to the original dealer for repairs, which was costly. Some even suggested selling my car. Feeling hopeless, I was ready to sell it, but these guys fixed my car at a reasonable price. They also checked and topped up other things as required. If you're looking for quality work, I highly recommend this place. Max is your go-to guy; he’ll be honest about your car's condition and do everything he can to fix it. Superb service and great people.

I never write reviews but had to after this. Was quoted one price to replace my tires over the phone then when they were done with the work they quietly increased the price and stated you have a nice car just pay the difference. Said they would take the tires off and I agreed because they unchanged for no reason. Then the owner dropped the price while yelling and tried to be petty by stating ill only take the original price if you pay in cash. Would not recommend ND would not go back.

I went in for a wheel alignment they came back with a list of things I needed done. 3 weeks prior to me coming to this shop I had my front struts did. One of the workers go tell me I need my front struts did. I told him I just had a struts job done 3 weeks ago. That’s the moment I knew to leave cause I’m not about to pay for something that just got did. Them workers be trying to get over on females.😒😒😒😒

Impressed with their quick work. I’ve been to this place a few days ago to replace tires and engine oil for my Nissan Altima 2015. The staff was very friendly and finished the work within 20 minutes. The Manager was very cool and friendly. I recommend this place to all my friends and family.

This repair shop violently repaired my car. My tire pressure sensor was normal before change the new tire. After the tire was replaced, the light showed abnormally. I went there twice . They want to holding my car long time and told me can’t wait there. Each cost $155. We went to other places to repair and found them ,they are broken the sensor, fixed the bad sensor to the hub with glue and wire. This auto center service is too terrible . Never take your car to here！

I had a very disappointing experience at this auto repair shop. I went in to have my brake pads changed, and they promised it would only take 30 minutes. However, I ended up waiting for almost 3 hours with no clear explanation or communication. On top of that, I’m hearing strange noises from my brakes again, which makes me doubt whether the brake pads were even replaced at all. The customer service was poor, and it felt like they didn’t care about the quality of the work or the time I spent waiting. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on my experience. If you’re looking for reliable and timely service, this is not the place for you.

Went in for brake line replacement, they noticed loose bolts I believe because of a previous auto shop that forgot to torque them tight but they went ahead and resolved that issue. Amazing service! Very understanding, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Provided their own towing (driver is very prompt, kind and professional), and as soon as my car made it in, they checked it and called me to inform me of the issue. I had a warranty on the faulty part, and they were patient with me, allowing me to bring it to them the next day. They prioritized my vehicle, making sure I was back on rode as soon as possible, even staying at the shop a few minutes after closing to give me a chance to pick it up. I needed a miracle, 2 weeks trying to get someone to look at the car, impaired in front of the building after a hit and run while parked. Cops were on our tail, yet they did not put any effort to get the person who did it, even after we located the perpetrator. No police report available, nothing!!! Neighbor suggest we’d go to Ed’s Auto Center and not just they came and towed the car within minutes we stopped by but also work was done within 4 hours. I feel they went above and beyond. Definitely worthy doing business with them! Reasonable prices and friendly staff. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
