I went to pick my car after 4 months just to find out that my car was leaking after the repair and even to make it worse one of the employee from this not a professional place make a huge dent in my car and after I confronted the manager the insul me trying to tell me that my car was like that I don't recommend this place all does not worth your time nor your money

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Do not, I repeat do not go here. Customer service is horrid, they will take your money and take forever to get any work done. They have had my car for the past 2 months and keep giving excuses to why they haven't even started working on my car

I’m not sure why my insurance chose this place to fix my car they don’t speak English well nor understand it so now idk where my car is since nobody there can understand English after explaining what type of car it is now I’ll have to drive up there after work to see if my car is there or not this is ridiculous

This place is a joke ! It's more like a corner taco stand ..I'm renting a car and waiting for and to rean a car is not cheep..these people are so slow ....and think it's a joke .. i will nevertrust this placeto work on my car again!.

Picked up my 2011 Malibu yesterday. Not sure what service was like in the past but I had no issues with the folks at Complete. My car was sent to this shop by the insurance company with front end damage. Each time I called I was given an update, received a call once work was "completed" no pun intended. They even stayed late so I could pick up the car so I wouldn't incur an extra days charge on my rental. When I got home everyone remarked on the great job based on the before photos of the accident.

My estimate on my car was done here. After reading the reviews and seeing for myself that they do not answer the phone I decided to go somewhere else. When I got there they gave me a hard time getting my vehicle and it doesn't help that the owner had to call a translator because no one in the shop claim to know what I was saying. On top of all of that my vehicle was ramshacked, all my change was stolen and my items in the glove compartment and arm rest were taken out and thrown on the floor. This is a really disgusting way to do business.

This place is HORRIBLE my accident happened 4-25-24 and it’s June 25th and they still have my car. Every time I call it’s and additional 2 weeks I literally want to cry. I do not recommend them please save yourself the frustration go anywhere but here. I wish I could give then zero stars seriously

HORRIBLE SHOP THEY NEVER DO THEIR JOB RIGHT, THEY WORKERS LIKE TO MESS WITH YOUR STUFF LIKE BREAKING THINGS INSIDE YOUR VEHICLE, DOING BURNOUTS WITH YOUR VEHICLE, AND STEPPING ALL OVER THE INTERIOR WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO WORK ON THE EXTERIOR. VERY DISRESPECTFUL SHOP THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR ANY CUSTOMERS, THEY LET THEIR 5 CATS ALL OVER YOUR VEHICLE AND LEAVE IT ALL DIRTY. I TOOK MY TRUCK IN FOR AN ACCIDENT IN THE FRONT AND THE REAR END, THEY GAVE IT BACK ALL DIRTY FROM THE INSIDE WITH FUR AND PAW PRINTS, THEY BROKE MY WINDOW AND NOW IT WONT ROLL DOWN, THEY BROKE MY 4x4 SWITCH SO NOW IT DOESNT WORK. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

I have brought 2 different cars here. One for a broken mirror, the other was my abs traction sensor. They did a wonderful job. I plan to keep coming here. Great place for body work and auto repair work.
