Fernando and his team are amazing at what they do and they are also very kind and generous. We could not find anyone that would fix my mom's minivan. Not even Kia knew what the issue was with it, until someone recommended Labastida Automotive. I spoke to Fernando over the phone first, and he invited me to have our vehicle taken in. He took the time to inspect mom's minivan. When he found out what the issues were, he called to give a very detailed explanation. He knows how costly mechanic work is, so I right away sensed that he was not trying to cheat us in any way because he told us to take our time, and that those other issues he found could be fixed in the long run. Other places would like and probably say they needed to be fixed asap! It doesn't end here, another issue arose days later. we called Fernando and he sent his team to our house to check out the minivan. It wasn't anything they did wrong. We accidentally must have left the light on and it drained our battery. Fernando's team helped my mom with that issue. Mom asked how much, and they said it was nothing. This proves how nice and generous they are to want to help out others, especially momma bear who is a senior citizen. God Bless you Fernando and Labastida! We now have our go-to RELIABLE mechanic team!

Fernando and his team are great to deal with. Busted Caliper mounting bolts while replacing my brakes and they were able to take my vehicle in right away and repaired bolts and installed pads/ rotors I had already purchased. No hassle and great cost. Highly recommend!

I came here to get my steering wheel repaired because some lil boy tried to hijack ….I was calling around asking different shop can they help me but no one was willing to assist me I found labastida auto on google and when I say I’m truly happy I did they was Super helpful and friendly they asked all my questions over the phone making me feel comfortable with doing business with them they-repair my car in two days and the price wasn’t bank breaking I will definitely come back

Place is honest. And that's a big 5 star start with my new relationship with this place. Brought my Element in with an electrical condition in which they could have made up a whole bunch of things that could have run up a huge bill. This is what I sort of expect from a lot of mechanics these days, but THESE guys were super honest ❤️. They were able to spot the one easy thing that needed to be done, and they did that perfectly, and I was able to pick up my vehicle the same day. They definitely have my future business I will be referring my friends to them.

UPDATE: shockingly, the noise has increased and I took my car to another shop and they said the brakes and rotors were not installed properly!!! Who would’ve thought. I wish I could write a good review bc the people are really nice but every time I take my car here I get it back with a new issue, new light on, or a new sound my car is making. The last time I left and my car is making a new sound when I break, after I got the brakes replaced. They told me they hear the noise but don’t know what it is, so to bring the car back when the sound gets worse. It just doesn’t make sense. Nice people though

I REALLY wanted to give a good review, but I have to be honest. I have Jeep Compass with a no crank no start issue. I spent 140$ to get the vehicle towed to this location on Friday. The first issue was them keeping my car over night because their technician was taking “longer than usual”, and they just got a lot of vehicles. I called throughout last week to make sure they had room for me, they said they were slow and ready to work. When my car gets there, they have a lot of cars all of sudden.The next morning, they said they would be closing early, and I had to come get my vehicle on Monday. No problem with this, but i lost hope once he explained my diagnosis. He said they COULD NOT perform a FULL diagnosis due to the labor it takes getting to through my vehicle. They believed it (may) be my starter, but they want me to pay 827$ total for the starter and labor to get a FULL diagnosis. And once this is paid, they would be able to find the real problem, if one. This would've forced me to pay them twice. I honestly don’t know what I spent my 100$ on. I feel like I paid for a babysitter. I’ve never had a shop tell me you need to pay and get something fixed, even though IT MAY NOT BE THE ISSUE, just to get to the root of the problem. I expected them to give me a definite answer since they specialize in electric work. I was proven wrong this morning. My car has been down for about a month now, and I’m devastated . Side Note: If you use this service, SIT with your car the entire time. I recommended a friend with a Ford Fusion, she popped up announced and saw her car in the same spot she left it in.
