I needed to fix my tire that had a nail in it, and I'm so glad I came here!! He went above and beyond to repair my tire and to properly re-install it. He is VERY reasonably priced!! No price gouging here, just an honest, hardworking individual who tells you what you need and doesn't pressure or scare you into buying something just to line his pocket. He even gave me various options on tires that would fit my budget. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I caught a flat one day and decided to go to this tire shop that was close to me unfortunately they didn’t have the ram size that I need but they allow me to keep my car there until I was able to pick it back up the next day, they work so hard With three different tires to try to fit my car so I can make it home and he was able to help me. After suffering a roadside emergency, 7 hours from home, the 6 of us with young children limped our way into Bridgeport Tires on a Friday evening. Raphael greeted us at the door and immediately took care of us, changing our bulging tire with another one which he skillfully mounted and balanced on state of the art equipment. I was impressed that he even water tested the tire to ensure a good seal, an important step I've never seen done at any other shop. Highly recommend Bridgeport. His price was more than reasonable, his workmanship was top notch and he got us right back on the road within an hour. A+++

Such a great experience!! As a woman who knows very basic car things, going to a car / tire shop may feel intimidating but not here!! Raphael and Tim were such a great help with my tire 3 times under a week.. Yeah, I had no idea what was happening with my luck.. but they helped me regardless. My first visit with them was because one of the wheel studs on my rear driver side broke in half when my husband was putting the tire back after patching, and the other 2 times were just misfortunes of mine where the same problem tire kept getting punctured and losing air. They work well and fast. They also take the time to explain what they're doing. I'm so happy that my friend recommended them to me as I think I just found my go-to shop! Definitely coming back here for anything auto related.

This guy saved us tonight!!! I will forever be grateful to this place. We were on our way to United Center for a game when we got a flat tire. We had no spare and everywhere was closed. I found this place and called. He came out right away and took my tire then came back with a new one. We live 2 hours away and without him would've had to have gotten a hotel and stayed til tomorrow. We had a flat in the middle of a visit from out of state late at night and this shop helped us out so quick! We got it towed to the shop and there was only one person working (poor guy needed dinner) and stayed and fixed out tire. He also gave us a patch and didn't try to force us into a new tire, which would have probably made him more money. Amazing customer service, great prices, 10/10 recommend.

I hit an enormous pothole driving out of Bridgeport that tore my back tire. (It was bad enough, it felt like the car was slanted on an incline.) After a frantic Google search, I discovered this absolute gem of a 24-hour tire shop only 5 minutes away! Larry and Rafael were so kind, helpful, and informative as they put my spare on so I could get home safely. They even enthusiastically explained all they were doing and how checking and repairing a tire worked, telling me that "without education, we don't know anything! That's why we tell our customers what we're doing." Well said, friends. I was able to get home without incident and your advice helped me ask some good questions when I took it to the dealer for a new tire. Appreciate your quick thinking and kindness to this new customer.
