A guy on a quad bike hit my friend on a bicycle while turning into there, they proceeded to hide the quad and say they didnt know the guy while my friend was bleeding from the head and the guy ran away in a car, the cops didnt do anything, and all we got was 10$ like if thats gonna cover medical bills😐★☆☆☆☆ 8 months ago
