I ask them if I could provide my own parts to help save some money and they told me if I did that they would raise the cost of labor to original price quoted. They didn't want to help me out a bit. I can't believe they said that to me.

Extraordinary service... I was there this morning, and they were so personable and kind. I went on vacation last week, came back and they had not only done an excellent job on the deer hit repairs, but they washed my truck, and removed the two feet of snow in the bed. HIGHLY recommend these folks 👍

My Subaru received significant damage after hitting a deer on the highway and upon recommendation I had it towed to Eisenmann Brothers. This being the first time I had an accident like this I had quite a few questions on how to proceed and what to expect. Whenever I called in with questions I felt like I was being rushed off the phone. One of my many questions was if the glass would be cleaned up, I reassured that yes, it would be. After the vehicle was "complete" and I was able to drive it off I noticed that there was still glass all over the interior. In the cup holders, on the floor, by the emergency brake, as well as other very visible areas... I brought it back in to Eisenmann's to be re-vacuumed. After finally bringing it home I opened the hood and found yet even more glass pooled in very obvious areas. I feel with the thousands of dollars I paid to have my vehicle repaired that glass clean up should have been a priority. I would NOT recommend Eisemann Brothers.

Wow what a storm! Roads are tough, sidewalks slick, and I really like what the city did with the mini sliding hills on every corner. You know for the kids. Body shops got busy, but not as busy as Eisenmann's and that's one way to find out if they're any good. Another way is to ask your insurance agent and I bet most would suggest this place. My mom's Camry front clip and windshield, separate jobs, but done in less than two days. Perfectly matched a tough shade of 6 year old red. Pet friendly and the bathrooms sparkle.

I continued to use them to get my Tahoe to get fixed because George and his entire staff was nothing less than amazing to work with! I highly recommend them for any of your vehicle issues! This body shop is excellent. After hitting a deer they repaired my very new car and it looks as good as new again. They kept in communication with me, my insurance company adjuster and the rental car agency. They delivered above and beyond with a reasonable turn around time! I would highly recommend them. Their customer service is excellent and if I have any problems, the owner (George) told me to bring it back because if he doesn't know about something, he can't fix it! He wants to resolve any issues that come up in a proactive manner. That kind of service is hard to find.

Friendly and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I had their loaner car , left the lights on while I was at work all day. Went to leave work and the car wouldn't start. I had to call to see if they could come and jump the car. Without missing a beat he was at my work jumping the loaner car that I drained the battery on. I was 20 minutes out of town. Way above and beyond. The work done on my car was acceptional. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle there!!

My truck was in an accident and needed some serious TLC. Eisenmann Bros painted and replaced multiple panels and did work on the cab of the truck itself. I was at first skeptical because the cab seemed seriously damaged. I worked directly with George and he seemed to really know his stuff. Everyone at the shop was very friendly and helpful, and ultimately my truck came back to me in amazing condition. It is like the accident never happened. My truck is my baby, and the people at Eisenmann Bros took good care of her for me. George even drove to the car rental shop to pick me up after the truck was ready to be picked up. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for some TLC if needed.
