best price and service! full of Jose's and juans but they get the job done right! They gave me the lowest price and fastest service. it feels a bit awkward because the actual place is a bit ghetto but its not like I have to live there just need my tires changed :) worth every penny and more WILL go back again everytime

I needed an emergency tire replacement and where the nationwide chains required an appointment and wait of two or more days, I drove into this small tire store and was greeted within seconds. 15 minutes later, I drove off with a new tire. That included removal of my donut tire. Not only were they fast and efficient, their customer service was over the top and the cost was far less than a national brand tire store!

Super high prices. Supposedly fixed our car but then when we took it home it wouldn’t turn on again AFTER SPENDING $784+. Charged me $460 for an oil change.. DO NOT GO THERE. Fine another mechanic, SAVE UR MONEY.

I mean what can I say, I usually have 0 issue with this tire shop. So I go in one week to replace a cracked rim, I needed my tire mounted and the kid that does it does an excellent job making sure the tire is balanced and that the rim is placed in without a scratch. I go a week later to get another wheel patched up and somehow a different man scrapes my ENTIRE wheel. Just reckless without any care. I mean the damage was ridiculous, I let the owner know and paid for the tire patch. But now I'm left with a damaged wheel that just looks awful. I guess let them know to not mess up your car while you're there? The price is cheap I guess, 10$ for a patch and 5$ for a wheel balance.

Here's where you should go to buy tires. This place is one of the best places I've seen in San Bernardino. Low prices, good quality tires and no nonsense that you don't have to wait around that. They take you in as soon as you pull up and get you out as soon as possible

Came around 1pm on a Friday. Great people and fast service! The maintenance technician named Ricardo was legit. Even stopped what he was doing to fix our problem. Granted it was a very small service we requested, but it was very much appreciated. We brought our own tires and only needed to swap the tires on the rim. Paid $7.00 & We were in and out under 15 mins! Awesome place, I even like the location, I would definitely come back.

Guillermo charged me $240 to replace my front wheel bearings. I went to baseline and Sierra auto shop and they charged me $60 to replace one wheel bearing left side at the rear. I should have just waited a little bit more till I found the mechanics at Baseline auto Repair LLC. Also mechanic near Stater BROS Baseline and waterman avenue also was not fair. I hope you practice professionalism and consideration to all your customers because money is not easy these days and most of those who do repairs are stuck with old cars that they hope will run until they have means to replace them.

Took my s10 to get an alignment and they job was not done right . I called came back they did it again and still my truck pulls to the right . They are great with tires but not alignment I ended up having to my truck elsewhere .

I took my truck here to get an alignment and a tire rotation. Keep in mind the tire rotation comes first. So i hand the dude my keys and hes like "what are we doing today?" I said alignment but i also need a rotation first. And he goes "what have you been doing this entire time?" Im like dude i just got here. Basically thats someone elses job to rotate the tires before some one works on it. AND THEN TO TOP IT ALL OFF HE FINISHED MY TRUCK AND TOOK IT FOR A JOYRIDE FOR LIKE 2 OR 3 MINUTES ARPUND THE BLOCK!!. I came here to leave my bad comment because he gave me really bad attitude and caballos tires never made things right with me. I also called before hand they told me 70 for the alignment. Come to pay oh 75!. Oh waitnvm.. $91.00..... THEY HAVE GOOD PRICES BUT PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE FOR AN ALIGNMENT. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING.

Well be careful if you decide to come here to have things fixed on your car. They lie a lot! I was told they were going to replace something for me and long as I bring the parts and with the labor included it’d be at least $200.. if they knew from the jump that it was going to be so labor intensive what was the point of even telling me ok you bring the parts and with labor included it will be so and so amount.. I literally explained my issue with the man that stays in the office and he told me you brings the parts and with the labor that’s going to be put in I’ll charge you so and so amount. Just pathetic. It’s all overpriced. Just as the dealerships. Beware!!
