These guys do exceptional work! I've taken 2 vehicles to them in the past 6 months. One had mud caked on the inside after a rainy trip to Moab (red Moab dirt.. almost impossible to get out). The other was a small child shuttling disaster, lots of spilled liquid of unidentifiable origin. Both came back to me looking better than when I'd purchased them. Dog hair also doesn't phase them, they got it all. Great staff, great attention to detail. Highly recommend them.

If you are interested in exotic autos, you will love this place. It is not like visiting a dealership, it's like visiting a car club. I went to look at a Ferrari in their inventory and in a very short time, I had total confidence in the car and in Michael and Andreas. Buying it was a completely enjoyable experience. In the past I have gotten my car detailed by multuple different detailer and companies such as car toys, among others. While my car has returned to me clean, I have never felt happier than with Elevation Auto Spa. There have been water and grease stains in my vehicle for years that other detailers were un able to deal with. I had resigned myself with the fact that I may need a new upholstery, so I was amazed to see the night and day difference. The stains were gone. Entirely gone. I could not believe the quality of the interior and was blown away by the exterior. The wax job was phenomenal and they were even able to paint match the side of my car where someone had sideswiped me. This is the best investment I have made in my vehicle, and I have made them my only option for detailing for the future.

I am completely in awe about how amazing my car looks. Long story short: These are THE guys to go to for car care. They went above and beyond. Just so you know what I threw at these guys, dog hair and dirt abounds, grease from fast food bags and a melted lip balm stain that was probably 8 years old, and ground in grime from over 11 years of ownership. Typical college kid in 2007 not taking care of her nice things, that was me! I had tried to clean it myself a few times, but no dice. I emailed Michael in the beginning of the week, gave him my budget (hoping that it wasn't a laughable number!) and my hopes to get it done by the end of the week. And he said he could make it work. Whaaaat?! I dropped off my car in the morning and that afternoon I got a call asking if they could keep it overnight to continue to work on it. (It was THAT bad.) No problemo! I went in today to pick it up and I can't even believe how good it looks. It looks better than when I bought it from the dealership. I'm still in shock they got all of the grease out of that passenger side seat. But here's the truly above and beyond: These guys worked on my car ALL DAY on Friday, and almost all day on Saturday, which was longer than anticipated. When they called, I was expecting them to tell me it was going to be over budget. But they didn't. When I went to pick up the car, I was expecting to hear that it was over budget. But they stuck to it, which they would have been completely justified not doing. Take note, every company ever, THIS is how you do customer service. I will be recommending EVERYONE to Michael and his team. (Did I mention that if you're dropping off your only car, they'll give you a ride to the light rail station up the road? It's the little things!)

Had the unfortunate event of getting my mini cooper broken into via a window and shattered glass was everywhere. There were tons of tiny slivers of glass in my woven fabric seats. I thought we were going to have to replace all the seats but these guys really saved the day using serval techniques to make sure that my car would be as good as new. Although I spent a career in the auto industry I can honestly say this is the first car I’ve ever purchased without even looking at it in person beforehand. Michael demonstrated a very high level of professionalism, honesty and integrity throughout the entire process.. I was so comfortable that I didn't even feel the need to personally view the car before purchase - which would have cost me an additional $700. I am very happy to report that my trust was well placed. The Porsche was delivered in exactly the condition as described. I can't say enough great things about the people at Elevation Auto Spa. I was referred to them by a friend in an emergency situation. My husband was out of town and I was convinced I had destroyed the paint on his vehicle so in an effort to save his vehicle Mike, Jesse and Andreas fit me into their already busy Friday. They were so kind! They went over and beyond to "save" the vehicle. If you ever need any of the services they provide do not hesitate to take your vehicle(s) to see these guys. Andreas and Mike were amazing. I found their company Elevation Motors using Auto Trader. I was in the market for a specific car with certain options and color scheme. They had exactly what I was looking for. I purchased the vehicle "sight unseen" and had it shipped to Virginia from Colorado. The car came in perfect and looked just how it did on their website. Elevation even detailed the car before shipping it out. During the whole process Mike and Andreas both were helpful and returned calls/e-mails in a timely manner. These guys are professionals on all levels. My new Lexus was recently side-swiped on the back fender. Since I'm leasing my car, I needed to be sure the damage was remedied in order to not be billed heavily upon its return to the dealership. I was first quoted at the dealership's regular repair shop and they quoted me 4x more than what Elevation ended up billing me. I brought my car over to Elevation and they told me they could remedy the scratches with sanding techniques that nobody else in town was employing. My car ended up needing considerably more work than what was originally imagined and many more hours, however, the quote they gave me in the beginning is what I was charged in the end. My car looks seamless now and they even buffed her to a better quality than when she left the dealership lot. These guys know what they're doing and they treated me as though I was a close friend. I will ALWAYS take my vehicles to Elevation Auto Spa.

These people are awesome! I called them after having a bit of fun in mud with my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. I got it covered in mud. Every square inch including the undercarriage. My car is supposed to be blue. I also had them put a ceramic coating (5 year) on the car. They took on the challenge, gave me a quote over the phone without even seeing the car which seemed reasonable. I went in there and I'm sure they had the surprise of their life when I pulled up. They took the car in and kept me informed throughout the week. After a few days of great communication and updates, they said my car was ready. I got a ride there, got out, went inside and my car seriously looked better than when I picked it up with 4 miles on the odometer brand new. I am seriously impressed with the quality of work and the great price I paid for how much time they spent. 10/10 would recommend this place.

This review is for the Elevation Auto Experience rental portion of their business. I wanted to surprise my girlfriend by renting her dream car - specifically a V10 Audi R8 because she "doesn't want the V8" LOL. Michael took my call and set everything up with the reservation very discretely since it would be a total suprise. When we arrived the day of the rental, he maintained the surprise very well and completely helped build the suspense for my girlfriend. He gave us a tour of the shop and was extremely professional. His business partner Andreas was also fantastic to work with, and they both made the process easy and enjoyable. The car itself was immaculate and didn't feel like a "rental". I've been in exotic rentals in Vegas, and they have the AC disconnected and are generally super beat up and not worth the money at all. This R8 on the other hand was totally different - it felt like we were just borrowing a wealthy friend's favorite car. We both enjoyed ourselves immensely, and I honestly thought the cost was worth every penny. I somewhat expected my girlfriend to be upset at the cost since she is budget conscious, however she agreed as a special treat is was definitely worth it. The only part of the experience I did not enjoy was giving the keys back! Thanks again for a great memory!

We just bought our second vehicle from Elevation and we love it. My wife and I had an awesome experience, starting from initial shopping and ending in a great ride out of their garage. There was never any hassle with negotiations, and both time we traded in our previous vehicles. The cars we bought were thoroughly inspected and even the minor things were fixed for us. They really stand behind the cars that they sell. They also know the ins and outs of the cars that they sell, as well as service history. They pick only the years that are worth buying. I highly highly recommend working with both Michael and Andreas, as they have redefined the automobile shopping experience!

Our vehicle needed significant repairs from hail damage. I did some online research and talked to some friends and decided on Elevation because of their consistent reviews all noting stellar quality and service. Elevation did everything they promised and fully repaired our car using OEM parts. They negotiated with insurance to make sure we didn't get cheaper knockoffs and the repairs turned out beautifully. The only minor complaint I have is with communication. At the end, I had to call them a few times to nail down when we could pick up our car. I wish they were a bit more proactive in calling me when the delivery day got pushed back a few days (which wasn't a big deal in and of itself). That said, Elevation really does fantastic work. We are 110% happy with the repair work on our car, and I'd take any of my vehicles to them in the future.

Elevation Auto Spa is amazing! We were trying to get our car cleaned up and looking good in order to sell it. While Elevation Auto Spa specializes in high end cars, they were able to help us out with our run of the mill car too at a great price. Michael looked over the car with us and helped us decide what detailing/repairs would give us the most resell value. We made an appointment and were amazed when we picked it up. It looks so good we almost don't want to sell it anymore. They used paint restoration to remove many of the scratches, shampooed all the stains out of the seats and floor mats, and the engine looks like it just rolled out of the factory. We were truly impressed by the friendly, personal service and amazing results. We will definitely come back when we need this type of work done again.
