Eli’s was to fix a 28 year old Porsche which had been in an accident. It took 9 months and was not done correctly after six months in. They were awful with their communications and their quality assirance was non existent.

I was a drive up and didn’t have an appt But Steve took me in right away and looked at my situation immediately and gave me multiple scenarios of potential outcomes. Initially, I was nervous because being female, I was afraid I would be taking a advantage of in terms of pricing and lack of knowledge, but Steve was extremely thorough and his explanation and the pricing was very reasonable. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this body shop, not because of the repair work, but because of the unacceptable customer service provided by the owner. During our conversation, the owner was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. At one point, I was told to “shut up” by Danny while trying to ask questions about my vehicle and the charges. This kind of behavior is completely inappropriate and unacceptable in any customer-facing business. Customers should feel respected and heard, especially when dealing with costly and stressful vehicle repairs. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Regardless of the quality of the work, the way a customer is treated matters just as much. I would not recommend this business to anyone who values professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy.

Easily one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had at any sort of body shop. At first, I got a really good quote from them to fix my door, quarter panel, and bumper, so I dropped the car off with them while I was on vacation. However, during my trip, they said the damage was more severe than they thought, so they have to raise the price of repairs. I understand that happens, but it was still frustrating because we went with them since they offered the lowest price, just for them to have it cost even more than most of the other places we looked at. When I come back from my trip, I was hardly able to get any communication about what was happening with the repairs. My emails weren’t getting responded to, my phone calls weren’t responded to, and it was to the point where I had to go there in person multiple times just to find out what was happening with my car. When I did get it back, the bumper was still not flush with the car. At no point was it explained to me that it could not be made flush, and I had no idea that was going to be the final result no matter what, making me feel like a just spent a good chunk of money for no reason. I’m giving 2 stars because they actually did a good job with the door and quarter panel, but with everything it took to get there, and with the bumper not being fixed, I can’t say I would go back.
