Had a very trying time handled extremely well by Fix Auto. Tesla got front end damage, and we have Tesla Insurance which I quickly realized was a nightmare to work with as I could never talk to a person directly without being on hold for several hours. Thankfully Stephanie at Fix Auto was very knowledgeable about how to handle Tesla insurance and was also an authorized repair shop. She handled the brunt of the communication through her contacts saving me countless hours of time and frustration. The work done on the car was fantastic, car was returned in showroom condition, even down to completely somehow removing all the dog hair inside the car. Ongoing communication with Fix Auto/Stephanie was very good, and car was done in a reasonable amount of time. Would recommend, especially if you have Tesla Insurance.

Cannot thank Stephanie enough for her never-ending customer service. Sammy - thanks for keeping me updated along the way. I truly appreciate your transparency...even if the news wasn't always what I wanted to hear. These people are ON THE BALL. I wouldn't fail to use them again if ever the situation arose. They also gave my car a very nice cleaning (which I really appreciated) They took care of my car very well after the incident and based on the work they did I would consider them extremely reasonable. They deal in luxury and every type of car out there.

In February of 2025 I brought my black Tesla Model S in to have the front door and side mirror fixed after I hit them backing out of a parking spot. The process took a bit longer than expected, but Stephanie was great coordinating everything with me. When I picked the car up, it was parked closely next to the other cars there, and I did not have a close look at the work - also with all the good reviews I did not think I would have to. Unfortunately when I got home I noticed that the door still looks very uneven, like it was an accident door fixed up from another job. Even worse, the paint is dull - clearly noticeable next to the other panels. At a close look it has an orange peel like structure, definitely no gloss. I was hoping to be able to polish it, but nothing really helped, it annoys me every day I see it, so I finally thought I'd write a review. Not sure if anything can be done about this. UPDATE: In December I brought the car back to Fix Auto Beverly Hills, and Stephanie agreed to take the car in again and see what they can do. They did strip the door from all the paint, fixed the dents properly and managed to get a shiny black paint on it that now actually matches the car. Finally the door looks like nothing ever happened - thank you! PS: Pics below are from before.

My Tahoe was in an accident back in 2024, and after my claim with the other party's insurance was approved and I received my check (this year), Stephanie assured me that my truck was in great hands. A $7,000+ repair on my Alfa Romeo resulted in hazy paint and a bumper basically glued on instead of properly installed with OEM clips. When I pointed out the damage, Stephanie said it might be because I wiped my car. They’ll reply to this review asking you to contact them, but when you actually bring the car back, they just blame you. Avoid this place.
