I like how quick the device was for my oil change. It took less than 30 mins. The lady at the front took care of me and was really attentive. They didn’t pressure me into getting more work done to the car. But it’s nice to know I can count on them when I’m ready. It’s a nice busy shop. Will go back for more work soon.

I had my son's 2020 Jeep Gladiator towed to Hector's Autor Repair. First, it was at the dealer for 3 weeks and they were unable to fix it. We had it towed to an independent shop, and after 4 weeks, they also couldn't fix it. Jeep got to Hector's on a Monday and less than a week later, Hector diagnosed the problem and fix it. Unprofessional, the billing for the services performed on the vehicles is unclear. Personally, I don't recommend them; they don't provide any evidence of replaced parts or even proof of the service they are charging you for. In a reputable workshop, this is clearly defined with a diagnosis followed by the repair. In my case, if my car had had a camera, I would have realized that what they actually did wasn't reflected in the bill.
