DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! Trust EVERY poor review you see about them because it is the God's honest truth. There's a reason everyone has the same story. You take your car to this place for a simple repair, for me it was just a bumper repair. They gave me a reasonable estimate at first, I gave them the payment from the insurance company, they got the parts ordered, which took months. Once they got the parts in they told me to bring my car in to start the repairs and it would take 2-3 weeks MAX. I brought my car in, they had me sign a bunch of papers authorizing them to tear down my car and start the repairs. After 2 1/2 weeks of waiting and non communication, they claimed they had found a bunch of hidden damage after tearing down the car, and now the estimate, which was originally around $3,000, is now $12,990... for a bumper. The insurance ended up trying to total out my car because the repairs are more than the car is worth. Look at the other reviews, this has happened to numerous people who use this shop. Now MY insurance has stepped in, inspected the vehicle TWICE and has given around a $5,000 estimate. Eli's won't accept that. I've been given the run around for nearly 2 months now, by Connie Benitez, one of Eli's Estimators, she's ignored my calls and emails. Lied to me and my insurance about emails she and documents she's claimed to already have sent. It's all so fishy, so slimy, so sleazy. They do not care about the customer they only care about profit. This is NOT an anomaly. Eli's has a reputation of doing this. DO. NOT. BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP. SAVE YOURSELF. If I could give it less than one star I would.

3 months to fix a door and mirror! Prepare to project manage the whole process if you’re going through insurance. I was constantly having to ensure that Eli’s was supplying the insurance company what they needed in a timely manner. For the rates they charged, they should have been more professional.

Impeccable car service! Lexus Santa Monica made right and utilized Eli’s to fix a previously originally undetected paint issue. I can’t speak highly enough of the primo repaint of nearly the entire car. I’m a tough customer. In paying attention to every smallest detail, they carried out precise body lines, hit the mark on the hard to match Infrared color, a four layer premium paint. They as a team executed a literal piece of art! I can’t speak highly enough of the professionalism and over the top customer service! Theresa, you’re the best! Eli collision, a certified Porsche auto body. They were referred by my advisor from Porsche Santa Clarita. It was Saturday when I made contact with Rosie. She immediately addressed my issues and arranged for my vehicle to be picked up from my residence. The tow service person , apologies I forgot his name, was very kind , punctual and informative. He was a professional. He was very careful in loading and securing my car on the open bed truck. Rosie updated me when my car was at their shop. Detailed quotes and feedback was kept weekly because my vehicle was there for a month. I was over seas through the time period so I was worried however she kept me informed that all will be taken care off and I can relax. My vehicle was dropped off at the dealership as requested for additional maintenance service required. I have nothing but relief, praises and highest recommendations to the team at Eli collision auto body. Great people, great people!!! I had my apprehensions and distrust relinquishing my car to strangers. In the end , I was very thankful that all went well, more than I expected. Thank you.

Painfully ugly work. I don’t really know what happened. I was recommended this by Hyundia but I’ve launched a complaint with them for said recommendation. I was quoted 500 dollars to get a scrap fixed and partial paint. Then they called and said it will only cost 180 dollars as a discount. When I looked at the car it was obvious why- becuase it looked like a child had done it. Parts were not painted. They made no effort to blend. I try not to be a complainer but wow- bad bad bad. They don’t want to repair your car. I got them to reverse it and left without paying. It looks better with the scratch than with their repair. Sad. ADD: I just read their reply and please note to anyone reading this. I never asked for a cosmetic whatever they are saying. I asked for a repair. This reply is corporate noise. They know they did bad work. I went to another auto shop upon leaving here and they did the paint work these guys tried to charge me for - free of charge and better with in 5 mins!- while we discuss how to fix the car with kindness and helpful reassurance. Public- go somewhere else. Trust me. Bad work, confusing communication, no one caring for the quality of what they return, and then just trying to get a buck for nothing and not really wanting to help their costumers. Honestly, the ultimate end of the line is they did not care that they made my car look ugly. They did not care that their work was unattractive and worse than if they did nothing to the car.
