Very happy with the high quality service and friendly customer care here! Several of my neighbors recommended Elite Motors on Nextdoor after my rant about how expensive the Mercedes dealership services are. This place is great and the pricing is very reasonable. The guy is upfront about the costs and service needs and never tries to sell you any extra, unnecessary things. Today when I took my car in the total ended up being more than $50 less than the original estimate. I’m pretty much always able to get an appointment within a day or two.
