I have been purchasing cars for years. My experience with Reza and the team at A-1 was perfect! I literally called him the night before we picked up my sister's car to work the deal over the phone. This was a no nonsense easy conversation that resulted in us committing to the car. Reza was kind and professional and wanted to be sure that we were happy and work with us in essence of getting our financing through the institution of our choice. The car was ready, and everything he said it was when we arrived the next day. We were in and out of the dealership within an hour. I took my X5 here because the mechanic I was using prior said I needed a new turbo and it would cost me close to $8000 to replace which I thought was crazy. The mechanic at A-1 found that it was another issue which cost far less than the turbo which ended up not being the problem. They fixed the vehicle sooner than expected and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend anyone to bring their European car here to get repaired.

Terrible experience. Keep away from this shop. SERIOUSLY!!! 远离这家店 On November 7th, I wanted to repair cooling system leaking of my BMW X5, I checked the vehicle system before I went into the shop, it showed that the engine oil was at Max and the tire pressure was normal. the vehicle needed maintenance and recommended to replace the brake oil, I took the car into the shop A-1 Cars Independent BMW Specialist & Body Shop. The shop owner Reza and later his Chinese wife Shaden (Xiaodan, WeChat ID: love4my2boyz) also came. After communicating and waiting, she took me to see the raised car and said that the coolant recovery tank Expansion tank was broken and needed to be replaced. I said yes. There was oil leakage from the oil tank bottom valve (there was no leakage). I told her that I knew about this situation and that it had been a long time and there was no need to replace it. (This happened when a guy suggested changing the valve when I changed the engine oil the first two times. However, I just changed the engine oil at another shop. The technician said there was no problem and no need to replace it. The original oil stains were not cleaned, so there was no problem. I know my own. The car has never had any oil problems even after being parked for a long time. The engine oil was fully checked before entering the store, and there was no oil leakage on the ground.) After that, Shaden gave me a quote, and I left the store to wait for repairs. At about four o'clock in the afternoon on November 8, she sent me a screenshot of the vehicle system information (the screenshot clearly showed that the oil system was normal, the same as what I saw before entering the store), and she told me about the vehicle system prompts (above) Wen said that I had checked it before going to her shop), I said that I knew, and I would not change the brake fluid or do a full vehicle inspection for the time being. I told her to go pick up the car the next morning. I went to pick up the car early on Thursday (November 9th), and was still greeted by Reza. He said there would be an extra 2.5% fee for paying by credit card, so I paid in cash. I drove directly to Costco to refuel. It only took a few miles. After filling up the gas, the vehicle system prompted that the engine temperature was too high? I immediately checked the vehicle system information and found that there was no oil in the engine. I immediately stopped the car and turned off the engine. Called Shaden and she asked me to take the car back to the shop. I still have basic common sense. Without engine oil, the engine will burn out, and if it is driven at high speed, the car may be destroyed and people may be killed. I didn't start the car. Luckily I found it in time, still in the Costco parking lot. I opened the hood to cool down the engine while waiting for Costco to open. I was the first to enter Costco and bought a full box of Mobil 1 engine oil (six bottles). I have been using the same engine oil. A full box of six bottles of engine oil was added to the car and the fluid level was still not visible, which proved my previous judgment that there was no engine oil at all. After the vehicle came into the shop, there was no oil left overnight? I was lucky enough to save the engine and not have an accident. I couldn't trust this shop, so I decided to find another shop to check the vehicle. I immediately went to another shop. The technician performed a visual inspection and then checked the computer. He found that the oil system was normal, but the cooling system was abnormal. After replacing the expansion tank, there was no exhaust. The air inside the cooling system pipe causes the pump to run idling, one of the cooling system pumps burns out, the cooling system does not work properly, and the engine overheats and alarms. I'm waiting for my car to be repaired at this shop, and I haven't held A1 accountable yet. The above is my experience and I bear legal responsibility. I suggest staying away from A1 store. For the sake of your wallet, your car and your LIFE, stay AWAY from A1. Too BAD

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! Changed 2 hinges for the trunk door, the parts cost $200 labor cost $900…. The owner lady messaged me at 11:30am saying they need to change the hinges and charged me 10 hours for labor ($89/hour) according to her, when I picked up the car at 4PM. Also they don’t provide any paperwork as to what was done and how much each cost etc… DO NOT COME HERE
