Highly recommend Mission Viejo Caliber Collison! They did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle after being hit by ladder on the freeway. They didn't cut corners and provided a detailed estimate. My car was finished ahead of schedule and Angelo was phenomenal to deal with. Handled everything with my insurance too! Thanks to the Caliber team for a great job and experience!

This review is for both the Mission Viejo and Fountain Valley shop, but all the work was done at the Mission Viejo shop. As you can see from the before and after pics, I was pretty badly rear ended. I haven't even had my 2022 GT for a full year when this happened. The list of damages, include the rear bumper, trunk lid, both rear quarter panels, exhaust and minor frame damage to the right side. I initially took my car to the Fountain Valley shop, but they ended up moving my car to Mission Viejo, since it's a bigger facility. I was first told that it could take up to a month to fix, because of the low inventory on parts, but I got lucky and they found all the parts rather quickly. It only took a little over two weeks to fix, which is pretty amazing considering the amount of damage and parts to be replaced. I got updated texts daily regarding the progress of my car..... thanks Lance! They even let me leave my rental car at the shop for the rental place to pick up. Btw, you don't know what pure hell is, until you've driven a Mini Cooper for two weeks. Anyways, thanks to everyone at Caliber for being courteous, professional and quick in getting my baby back to me. Top quality work!

I could fill this whole space with excellent comments and outstanding service! Not to mention the quality of the work! Paint match and spray on my truck was perfect! Daniel was professional, walked the extra mile by personally delivering my truck after hours as I had an emergency to move my trailer to facilitate a water pipe repair. Daniel saved the day! Teresa was very efficient and pleasant at the front desk. This type of service and quality of work is hard to find. Caliber Mission Viejo nailed it!!

Updated 12/14: Looks like the team at Caliber is very immature and unprofessional. It appears that Gabby (who identifies herself as the GM) has been registering my number for SMS notifications (spam). Rated down to 1 star for the unprofessionalism. ================= Updated 12/13: Updated to 5 stars, BUT WANT TO WARN POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO SHOP AROUND WITH BETTER BODY SHOPS. Ultimately, they were able to address most (not all of my issues) - plus caused another issue that I'll have to pay out of my pocket due to their negligence. I've unsure if this was done inadvertently or if it's for potential retaliation due to having to correct other issues caused in their possession - but I take meticulous care of all my vehicles. Take a look at my other reviews, and you'll notice that I've had a lot of vehicles (as some of the reviews are with dealerships and repair shops). In this case, post repair Caliber corrected 4/5 of the problems they caused; the only one they said they did (but verified didn't do) is cleaning of the interior. I don't care about the detailing part, but they could've got a rag and just wiped the interior down. It seems when they repaired the outside, they left the doors/windows opened and all of the work dust caked all over the interior. But in addition to that, on the second time they delivered the vehicle to me, they nicked the tint film on my driver's side window. I paid $600 a few months ago to get my car tinted, and because this is not covered under warranty (plus looks like an eyesore), it's going to cost me around $150 to get it one window replaced. With the dusty interior, both my wife & son got sick after riding around in it one day, but I will not trust Caliber with any of my vehicles again. Lesson learned. ==================================== Overall I’m happy I got my vehicle back. But I’m leaving a neutral review due to the following: - Quality Control: Although they only worked on exterior of vehicle, all my speakers were not working at time of pickup. Also, there’s a grinding/screeching noise whenever driving (which was not there prior to the accident - as well as when driving to Caliber to drop off for repair). It has to be something loose when she worked on suspension or had to get to the brakes to replace whatever was needed. - Cleanliness: Vehicle was somewhat clean, but wasn’t detailed. So there was bondo dust on the driver rear quarter panel area, and inside the vehicle was covered with shop dust. - Timing: They made me pick up vehicle around closing time and did not have well lit area in parking lot. They don’t have good lighting, and I noticed one of the areas they painted makes it appear it has a slight crease (rear quarter panel area). It wasn’t there during the accident, but they had to repaint area. So from certain angle I could see it during daylight.

I had an amazing experience.A box had fallen off a truck and hit my bumper, causing some damage.I took it to caliber, and talked to john blattner.. I wanted to commend your employee, Stephanie Mathews. We came in for an estimate for repair on Saturday, Jan. 3 2026. The damage appeared minor (small dent and scratches through the paint to the bare metal) but the estimate was fairly high for the repair due to location of the damage. Stephanie thoroughly explained the repair process so we could understand the high cost, and she provided multiple alternatives. She was thorough and comprehensive. Stephanie was knowledgeable, professional, and represented your company well. My car was involved in a fender bender in a Target parking lot, resulting in needing a new fender, bumper, hood, and headlight. Thankfully after I took it to caliber collision it was declared repairable and insurance helped me pay for it. Baldemor nicely helped me through the entire process and kept me updated on the whole thing. If you need repairs after a collision, go with caliber. They made my stressful event as painless as possible

I had an amazing experience. I was in an accident on the 405 with minor damages on a Saturday. The following Monday, I was receiving the confirmation to drop off my car later that day. I was told the job would take about 2 weeks, which can be expected, however was pleasantly surprised it was done much sooner! They worked quick and efficiently with my insurance! I would recommend to anyone needing repair.

This is the best out of all the other Caliber Collision in OC to bring your vehicle too. They did an amazing job on my Mazdaspeed3 Front bumper and grill paint job. I was very concerned about mix matched paint not blending well and not looking like the original, but they proved me wrong. They made my 2011 Mazdaspeed3 looked like it just came out of the factory brand new. Baldemar Guzman was one of the best advisors I have ever worked with in all my years of bringing my car to a shop. He really made sure I was satisfied with what was getting done, my concerns, and requests. Thank you guys for all the help!

My neighbor backed into my car while it was parked out front of my house. Instead of apologizing they got very angry and accusatory. Their insurance company declared the incident their fault and covered the cost of repair at Caliber Collision. While the whole situation was very unsavory for myself Caliber Collision did the best job, so I am very satisfied with their work.
