Con artists. I took my care in for a Smog test with a check engine light not knowing much about them and my car past the smog test but failed on the check engine light which he knew about before the test! in addition they refused to do a re test and wanted to charge more money. my advice stay away!

Everyone who works here was super-nice with one huge exception.... the owner. I sent my wife here to get my truck smogged. Owner was extremely rude when they tried to scam her and she made him explain it to me on the phone. Avoid this place like the plague, especially if you are a woman. They will try to rob you!

I went in for a smog check and the staff where friendly and very helpful. They asked how my day was and even offered cold water. It made my day much better. They made sure my car was running good have me a few tips I was in n out I’m less than 15 minutes. Fastest smog check if had to do I definitely recommend this location.

Have taken my car here a couple of times now and both times the service was excellent. The first time was for a radiator leak and they replaced the radiator quickly and had me back on the road very very fast. The second time was for a check engine light and he did not charge me, but told me to go ahead and take it to the dealer and they would work on it for free as there was a recall. Great to come across someone that puts their customers first instead of just doing the repairs so they could make the money.

I was referred to Pro Auto by a friend for a brake replacement. Initially, I was quoted between $400–$450 and was told they would use original Mercedes parts. However, when the work was completed, I was charged $899. When I questioned the price difference, I was told that the brake cost had increased to over $600, and the remaining amount was for an oil change and smog test. This was never clearly communicated to me beforehand, and I did not receive proper approval for the significant price increase. Unfortunately, this lack of transparency was very disappointing. I would not recommend this shop due to the unexpected charges and poor communication regarding pricing.
