I was very happy with my smog check. James is a professional and respectful individual who provides everything you need for your smog check and makes it very easy. I highly recommend that you visit him if you need a smog check. The price is fair and the smog check is done very quickly. Overall a great shop to go to and convenient for those of us who live in Mission Viejo

My car did not pass smog & they wanted to charge me another $60 to retest STAR! However, I discovered if you ask them to ck your car if it will pass or fail they can do it at NO CHARGE! Alledgely, they (the smog technichian), cant offered that option, but its available. You are welcome. I used to take my cars there for all their STAR smog, but after they took advantage I will retest somewhere else @ $40.00 near me. They have lost my business for their shady buisness practice. Knowing they could have offered the opportunity to save $70 simply by letting the customer know the posibility of not passing or a free re-test. What ever hapoened to pass or dont pay? :/

Website is outdated - coupons arent accepted. Was told $70 (instead of the $35 on the website.) After I scoffed was then told $60. Service was quick tho.

I highly recommend ez smog. Danny and his staff are great people. Very nice and strait forward. They've been super polite and easy to deal with over the years. I've been coming here for over many years and never had a bad experience. Yes I've failed before, but Danny helped me diagnose the reasons and gave me a few pointers to which repairs to get done. Thank you again guys and I'll sure be back for many more years.

When I phoned for information yesterday, I was quoted $50 for the smog check. Today when I went in to have the work done, I produced a $10 off coupon (from the website) and was told the fee was $60, so I still ended up paying $50! The coupon was essentially worthless and it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Fast service. But the price? I thought it was reasonable, I had a coupon for $32.75 plus the certificate was $8.25 so my total should have been $41 I ended up getting charged $55. Not sure why the extra charge but I was disappointed about that. My car passed at least

Would give 0 stars if I could. This place sucks, take your money elsewhere. I had a coupon for a smog check for older car and the man working, his name is Danny, was so unbelievably rude throwing my clipboard with the information I wrote down as I was asking him if I could use the coupon. Just a real jerk that doesn’t know how to treat customers well and does not honor the shops own coupons. If he was kind about it, it would have been no big deal but he’s just a huge jerk. Don’t come here.

Credit card had fradulent charges within 30 minutes of leaving this place. Never had a problem with it before and almost never hand my card to someone (I handed it to the person working here). Beware.

Needed a smog and saw they were open on Sunday's. I don’t have a lot of free time so this was perfect. I show up at 8:58 and wait at the door for over 30 minutes and no one came. Left without getting a smog check

I've been taking my cars there for years. I've never had a problem there, and they've always been quick and efficient. No, they're not the cheapest in town, but I can go without an appointment and get checked quickly. Plus, they're a "Star" station, so I can bring in my 20-year-old Honda. I once had a problem when I had my battery disconnected and hadn't driven it much. He told me he couldn't test it until I had driven it 500 miles. He didn't charge me anything until I came back.

I showed up at this place with a coupon they have online, and the guy said they no longer accept coupons. The coupon was for $32.75 plus the certificate. He quoted me $60 and I walked out. I don't think it's the same owner anymore. Avoid this place!

I don't recommend going here. They have an online coupon for $32.75 but when you get here the barely comprehensible, sad little man will point at a sheet of paper taped to the wall on which someone has scrawled in black Sharpie: "Coupons no longer accepted." A depressing and irritating experience. You can do better.

Poor communication and not helpful when my husband went to get my car smog checked done. Can definitely find better service else where. We also noticed he was very disrespectful to the woman who was ahead of us.
