Recently took my 2019 530i BMW in for repairs as I slid on black ice. The damage underneath my vehicle was extensive, yet the owners take pride in their work. I was updated on the maintenance of the car often, and I had the ability to come into the shop and observe the progress. My vehicle was returned in great condition. I have made about 3 visits so far to A-1 and will continue to do so as they are amazing! I haven't met people who give off genuine care at an auto shop like Reza and the team do here. Most recently I needed a part replaced and after giving them my warranty info they took it upon themselves to make sure I had as much help as I could get with cost. In my years and years of going to several BMW shops, no one has ever put in the work to do so. I knew right away that they were in the business of looking out for the customer. I feel grateful that I stumbled upon A-1 and would recommend to everyone.

I used this shop for a pre purchase inspection on a BMW X5. They missed some very obvious issues that ended up costing me thousands of dollars. Vehicle had a poorly repaired cracked wheel, motor mounts that needed replacement (they told me the vibration was normal lol), vehicle had a 6 year old original battery that was going bad, one tire that was 3 years older than the others and had no inner tread remaining. Overall just some really easy things to note that I would expect a professional mechanic to see. Would not recommend this shop.

You need an honest man to do the job for your car without getting rip especially if you are a woman who most of us know nothing about car? If your car need attention on mechanical to bodyworks, come to this place and look no further. You are protected by two guardian angels Reza and his wife Shadon. They both helped me in my depress time when I come across with car issue in 2022. Its started with my rental car Nissan that I accidentally make a dent on the side part of the car by some night driving. I went get a quote from 7 collision shops around South Orange area and all 7 shops quote me with 5k to 10k cost to repair it. Didnt give up, i keep looking and stumble with A-1 Cars Independent shop (Not A-Z, they close to each other but totally different owner and different company) and they quote me for 1k. HUGE different! I said yes in 3 seconds! I found my hero especially time like this, bare in mind Covid impact us financially badly in my case. Nobody have budget to do car repair etc. So he and his team get the job done so perfectly and the car looks brand new in short time. And from that moment, I knew I finaly found a car workshop that give a damn about its clients concern and do not perform any dishonesty activity in their business. So I brought my Mini Copper 2012 for further maintainance and repair that the car needed from that moment on. He is quoting me and other clients on what it is actually cost, not base on what he wants. Many unethical mechanics out there, but A-1 treat their customer honestly and professionally. Their job is 10/10 stars in quality! I saw how Reza and his wife Shadon treat and communicate to their customers with high affinity, respect and understanding. They lend their ears and try to be in clients shoes to understand the struggles we all have in regards to our car especially Germans Car lol. You can get their valuable and friendly advice on how to handle your car even if you choose not to fix it yet. They specialize in European Car, but hey, if they can handle Germans Car well, for sure when it comes to Asian Cars they probably can do the work with their eyes close lol. I have high respect to this place. I wish nothing for this business, but continue Prosper and Flourish!
