I have a Saturn Aura XE that needed Water pump & radiator hose replacement , a new power steering pump & power steering hose and a new right rear window. Adolfo who is the owner is very honest and gave me an estimate that was 200$ less than another mechanic , and he provided the following : Replaced the water pump Replaced the radiator hose Replaced the power steering pump Replaced the pressure hose Replaced the right rear window. I went there without an appointment for an oil change and some windshield wipers. They got me in right on the spot, text me when my car was ready and even topped off my tires with more air. When I saw the bill I could not believe it. Totally reasonable, transparent and I could not be happier with my experience. I used to go to Mission Viejo Motors until they closed and was pretty bummed about it because they were phenomenal. This place has the same mechanic from Mission Viejo and the quality of service is there as well. I could not recommend this place more. Thank you.

High quality and friendly service. Started coming here in the past year, and had them do anything from oil changes, to battery replacement, axle, thermostat, brakes and electrical work on 5 of our vehicles. Honest and trustworthy, helped me avoid excessive costs at my previous shop, his prices are great, specially considering how thorough, good and quick he is. I recommend Adolfo for all vehicle needs. Update Feb. 2026: It has been some time since my original review. Aldo does all my vehicle service, including my 2002 Porsche 911 (not easy to work on). Due to the age, the convertible top needs a lot of work. He had done two jobs on it that would have cost over $5k. By finding rebuild kits and doing the labor, the cost had been less than half. All his work (my family now takes 8 vehicles to him for all the work) is great and affordable, he advises is 5-10k miles ahead when tires or brake work is needed, so we can plan for it.

I’ve been in need of a trustworthy mechanic for a long time and am so thankful I found Herrera’s Auto Repair. Adolfo is fantastic! He was able to fit me in his schedule quickly and even opened the doors a little early for me so I could drop my car off and not be late for work. His quote was so reasonable and fair, I was just about in shock. He did the repairs just as he promised, and when I came to pick up my car the final bill was actually a little less than he had quoted! I’ve read some of the other reviews and they are so true. He is an honest and caring mechanic who clearly understands what customer service is all about. Herrera’s Auto Repair is now my “go to” whenever I need help with my car in the future!

10/10 experience. Honest, detailed and professional services all around. I brought my car in after the engine light went on which is never good news… During the initial inspection they found one issue but two days later the light went on again so I brought my car back and they offered giving price adjustment as this was my second time. In the end the other issue was minor so they end up no charging for the second visit. Very honest shop with fair prices and they offer variety of services ! I highly recommend.

August 2025 Update: Once again Mr. Herrera has saved my Infiniti. The car began to swerve left on turns, and Adolfo found so many parts needed replacing. He showed my husband and me the old parts he removed, with many rips in the Control Arms, Axel Assemblies, Rack and Pinion Mount, etc. He worked so hard on the car for two days and now it drives as good as new! And again he gave a great cost estimate and line by line work sheet. 2023: I'm so glad a friend introduced me to Herrera's Auto Repair in 2018! Now I won’t go anywhere else. Adolfo Herrera is a patient, intelligent and excellent repair specialist who really cares about his clients and our cars. He always listens to what we think is wrong, and then he carefully examines the car. Then he explains in detail what is the actual problem, and what exactly he needs to do to fix it. Adolfo always gives good cost estimates and I've never had any surprises with the final bill. He shows us all old parts he had to replace and we get paperwork with line by line items of work and the price of each item. And his prices are very fair, far below what I would expect elsewhere.
