My 2005 Toyota Corolla's starter died so I had it towed to this shop as it was recommended by a co-worker. I arrived to the shop riding on the tow truck at 9:13am and, after a few minutes getting the car freed from the tow truck by the driver, Truong (Repair Shop Manager, I guess) had put my car in the service bay. The mechanics took a look and decided the starter needs to be replaced. Truong said we need to order for the starter and it will take two hours to complete the job. The order for the starter was placed and it came a few minutes before 10:00am. They started work and completed the job at about 10:40. As I started to leave, I noticed my car was vibrating on idle so I told Truong about this and they fixed the issue by taking my car on a 10-minute drive around the block to get it back to the normal idling. I left at 11:00am. The Corolla's starter is clearly located at the front part of the engine and it would take more or less 15 minutes to take it out. This shop charged me two hours of labor for a job that took about an hour. I stayed at the shop from the time I arrived with the tow truck at 9:13am until I left with my car at 11:am, a total of less than two hours. And I got charged for a total of two hours work. Not coming back and I would not recommend this shop to anybody.

I recommend ACCU automotive to anyone and everyone I hear is having car trouble and is anywhere near the Orange County area. Been going to see Truong since I started driving (2002) and he has always made sure my car was both safe to drive and that I was only getting repairs done that were imperative at the time. Truong and his team are professional, reliable, and honest.

Today I went in to get a smog check and they didn't have the tech in that day so they sent me next door. The guys over there were great too. Very neighborly. Such great service. Love my local guys.

My daughter’s Honda 2015 HR-V finally needed a thorough checkup after us getting away with just the regular oil changes. When I called Accu, the phone was answered right away; got an appointment for the next day. Brought the vehicle in, received a call that it needed new brake linings. Reasonable price. Vehicle ready when promised. Major improvement in ride. What more can you ask for? My daughter now has a “go to” repair shop she’ll call every time.

I've had two great experiences with Accu Auto Services. The first time I went there I needed an oil change. I was pleased with how quick and affordable it was. Yesterday was my second time going there and I'm so glad I did! My water pump and timing belt were failing so I needed it done as soon as possible. Truong was able to get the job done in about 3 hours and gave a reasonable price. He also let me use the parts that I bought myself so I paid for the labor and coolant. Most mechanics don't let you do that so I'm thankful that he was willing to do it. Thank you for being an honest and efficient mechanic! I will continue coming back for future needs.

Truong is incredible! I have an older Cadillac and was turned away by pep boys and the dealership. Very honest, fair pricing and quality work. They go the extra mile to make sure your car is safe and do not price gouge. Highly recommend to friends and family. First time customer and had the following fixed all within the same day: -Rear brakes changed -Topping off break fluid, very low. -Replace transmission fluid -Right front axle replaced. -Oil leak due to oil filter gasket They even stayed open late to get the job done and super patient and respectful to my family. Mike is great to work with!
