Avoid this shop. I drove a long way to bring my Jeep here because they claim to be Jeep specialists, but it’s clear they don’t care about their customers. I was never called with an estimate before they started work, and when I got the bill it was much higher than expected. The workmanship was sloppy, and instead of diagnosing the problem, they just swapped parts out. Some of the original issues weren’t even fixed, and when I asked questions, the staff were rude and dismissive. I even tried to give them a chance by calling to explain, but their response was to bring it back to swap some more parts out, pay for more work, and admit that even after that there’s still a chance the problem wouldn’t be solved. Between the lack of communication, poor quality, and overcharging, I wouldn’t trust them with my car again.

I have a 2001 Jeep TJ. I do a lot of the work on it myself. It was running rough like it had a bad spark plug. I also noticed that my Radiator had a leak. I purchased a new radiator and planned on replacing it. But, I had some health issues and a surgery that made working on it difficult. I searched for a mechanic and found Bogart. Because they specialize in jeeps I called and set an appointment. They were friendly and did great work. Took care of the bad spark plug and installed my radiator for me. If I need more work done, I’m calling them!

From Very Nervous to Grateful New Customer... It's nearly impossible to find a capable & honest auto mechanic these days. I'm old enough to remember when "made or serviced in America" meant something. Found Bogart during a quick search online for the beat Jeep specialist. This shop was well over an hour drive for me but this crew didn't disappoint! No way my Gladiator was going to the dealership for a head gasket replacement after talking to Shawn. My jeep wrangler has been having problems since march of 2025. I have taken it to 3 mechanics and even the jeep dealership and nowhere was able to figure out what was wrong. (The jeep dealership wanted $2200 just to look into my engine then they would let me know how much the repair would be.) I decided to decline and I’m so thankful I did. I looked around for a mechanic shop that specialized in jeeps and found Bogart and it was the best thing that happened to me and my jeep lol. When I first called Beth was amazing. She was kind, reassuring and took the time to listen to all of the attempts I have made to repair my jeep. I brought my jeep in on a Wednesday and Sean called me immediately to give me updates. He continued with updates daily as he was working on my car and went above and beyond with repairs. He even stayed late on Thursday looking into the problem. Turns out it was my drive shaft and not my engine. Sean saved me thousands of dollars and time. My car was ready by Friday and is driving perfectly. I can’t say enough good things about Sean and Beth and the service I received at bogart. I will definitely bring my car back here whenever I need anything 1000000/10 recommend.

I got side steps for my Jeep and handle bars to get into and out of my Jeep. I am a short person, so I am so grateful to finally have it done. So many years of hopping into my Jeep like a rabbit is finally over! My ankle has been killing me as well because of a prior sprain that never healed properly, and now getting into and out of my Jeep is super easy. Shawn, the mechanic, finished so fast. Everything looks great too! He also noticed a radiator leak, and showed it to me directly. I will be getting that done another time as well. I wish I knew this place existed before. They are so honest and patient, and of course prices are decent as well. You can bring parts/kits to them, and they will install for you too. Great people. Thank you for your service! And great receptionist as well. She is so sweet. There are a few comfortable seats as well, if you want to wait until your work is done. They have magazines to look at too. Plus, a walkable distance away is a Starbucks, and donut shop.

Recently purchased a used Wrangler middle of last year and I've been looking for a shop who understands Jeep's temperament/quirks. I brought her in for a routine oil change and shortly after was informed I needed to have the oil separator serviced. They were able to complete both services without a hiccup. Getting an appointment is easy and service is completed sooner than expected, which is great. Beth is who I normally speak to on the phone and she honestly just makes life so much easier.
