Always updated me via text on progress and assessment of my Lexus. Price was very fair job, completed in one afternoon. Spark plugs, coils, wires, and valve cover gasket. Brought my 2014 Honda Odyssey for 60K mile service and other repair the week of 7/29. Made an appointment earlier in the month when it was convenient for me to bring my vehicle for service. The other repair was for oil pump gasket and seal which were leaking. Due to the age of the car, I decided to also replace the timing belt and water pump with gasket. The entire process from start to finish was very smooth. Geoff and Gus are expert mechanics. They work on your vehicles like it's their own. I fully trust them both to always be upfront and honest with me. So happy with their workmanship and quality. I highly recommend this place all the time to all my friends. My previous vehicle was a 1999 Lexus which they worked on a long time ago. That car was given away to a family member.

Geoff and the crew at Mesman Motors were able to take in my Kia Soul the day the flashing check engine light came on. They finished the diagnostic the next morning, resulting in my Kia needing a new engine knock sensor. The sensor was installed that afternoon at a price I was happy with. The crew and Geoff are very kind, professional, and treated me with respect. Communication about the repair was great. I’ll go back to Mesman if I ever need repairs again. 🤓

My experience at Mesman Motors was excellent. I had my older Lexus from Chicago inspected for rust on the under carriage which turned out to be extensive. No only did they give me a thorough report but followed up by emailing me photos of the car's condition. Very thorough and helpful service. I’m satisfied with the work that was done on my Prius V — the new brake pumps and brake bleed were completed well, and my car is driving great. The only concern I had was the time estimate. I was originally told the service would take about 3–4 hours, and I dropped my car off at 8:30am. It wasn’t finished until the following day around 4pm. I was later informed that the brake bleeding was more complicated on a Prius V because of its unique system, which I completely understand, but the delay did catch me off guard. That said, the customer service made up for it. Gus at the front desk was excellent, friendly, informative, and patient with all my questions. He even taught me new things about hybrid systems, which I really appreciated. Because of his service, and the honest pricing I received, I would absolutely return for future repairs and maintenance, even though I live in Laguna Niguel and they’re in Mission Viejo. I also want to mention one small surprise: I was asked whether I brought my own brake fluid. I ended up purchasing theirs (three bottles of DOT 3 at about $14 each). I was told the quality was higher than what’s sold at auto stores, which is fine...just unexpected since those usually run around $8. Not a big issue, just feedback. Overall, I left feeling that I could trust this shop, which matters a lot because many mechanics tend to inflate prices. Here, I received fair and accurate pricing. Other shops quoted nearly double for the same service. I appreciate the work and the customer care, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
