We had an exhaust pipe issue on our motorhome. We were traveling through Charlotte and found Elite. Chris looked at our issue and said he could fix it no problem! Our motor home exhaust pipe broke, snapped in two, not at a junction, but at a stress point. None of the major muffler chains could help and none offered to help even look at it. My son was in the ICU on life support and ELITE was the only place who said they would do their best. Well, their best is THEY FIXED IT! They welded the pipe and it’s great! They didn't charge enough so, I added $100! Great service, great work, and very reasonable!

If you’re looking to stay on budget and still want quality work from people who genuinely care, I highly recommend Elite Muffler Shop. It’s a family-owned business with a hardworking, humble team that truly takes pride in their craft. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I went with a budget-friendly setup, and they still went above and beyond. For context, the previous shop installed a universal muffler (see photo on the left), but Elite transformed it into something that looks 1,000 times better. Thank you to the entire team! I’ll definitely be coming back for future work.

Absolutely thrilled with the service here - I’ll never go anywhere else for car stuff in Charlotte. Went here for a quote on replacing an alternator & Luis took extra time to run more tests to inspect the issue another car place told me I had - because Luis thought it might not be the case. His thoroughness & knowledge saved me over $1,000. While he was diagnosing the issue, he even went through lots of other avenues to figure out what would be the least expensive fix (ex: outsourcing parts that were still quality.) So grateful to have came across this business & such an honest, knowledgeable, and helpful mechanic. Being a young woman with car problems and little car knowledge, most people take advantage of that at an auto shop, but Luis took his time explaining and genuinely helping me. Couldn’t recommend more!!

Outstanding shop who customized my Porsche 911 exhaust. Very thorough and showed me exactly how they were going to do the repair. Also they found a bent rim and were able to quickly repair it to perfection. My wheels are specialized forged wheels and they had the tooling to repair it to perfection. Will definitely use this shop again.
