This is such a bad place to go get your car body repair, overall bad experience with them. I dropped off my car with a full tank, and these people returned it with an empty tank after driving my car over 56 miles for their personal business. I only went there to support local and small businesses but no need to do me dirty like that.

In all my experiences with this repair shop I have always been treated with respect and good prices on items like oil changes, Inspection stickers,tire changes and they never have me waiting to long till the jobs they do are done unlike many other companies in this city I would recommend all my friends and their friends to check out this place for themselves and see what I mean.

This place cost an arm and a leg to do patchwork that was claimed to be complete replacement job. They can't even get a gas line done right , until one is driving with gas gushing out on the street hoping that they don't die, with a child in the back seat. They claimed they replaced it with a new one and all they did was patch it and that patch was a disaster after paying $$$$. Also taking out an engine on another vehicle and yet the issue was something else. Went without a vehicle for over 2 wks.

My car has been in the shop for a month. Every week they say the car will be finished by Wednesday, yet it never is. Its christmas and im still without my car. Also, they have very bad customer service. My calls were consistantly forwarded to a full voicmail box. Never will I rent from them again. The car I rented was reported stolen. My overall experience with this place was horrible.

Most of those reviews are fake .Elmond auto repair is the worst of the worst mechanic in Brockton.He claimed to replace parts or fix what he said he was gonna fix but didn’t. His wife is in on the scheme , never return phone calls . As a small city we need to report his practice

Elmond is very professional and has very competitive rates compared to other local shops in surrounding areas. My wife and I purchased 3 cars from him in the past 4 years as well. Haven't has any issues with the cars or any issues with his work. Thanks Elmond !

Terrible business. Avoid at all costs as you will be pulling your hair out while dealing with elmonds scammy business tactics. He will regularly ignore your calls and act like he has no clue why you are calling. His initial repair estimate was about 2 months but didnt even allow me to try and get this vehicle until 6 months after. I could go on and on about the terrible service him and his wife provide. If you value your peace of mind, avoid this business at all costs as it will literally make you lose your mind.

The prices here are very reasonable. I can confidently say that the owner’s prices are fair, and I've never had any issues working with him. Some people seem to think they should receive free labor and expect others to work for nothing. If you go to a large car dealership, you’ll end up paying significantly more. I prefer to come here, where I can save about 40 percent and keep some extra cash in my pocket. I’ve heard some comments suggesting that my review and others are fake. However, I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time. If you believe you can find better prices elsewhere, good luck! But I can assure you that I’d rather spend a few hours waiting than pay thousands of dollars more for the same services. I think most people in this city have more time than money, so if you want to save money, I recommend going to this place. If you prefer to get ripped off, then go to the dealership and pay thousands more. For me, saving money is a priority.

Had a flat tire with a stripped lug bolt that I just couldn’t get off—tried extractor kits, called mobile mechanics, even broke tools. Dealership and big shops quoted me around $1,000 to fix it. Took it to Elmond and he got it off same day with no hassle and at a super reasonable price. Definitely coming back for all future maintenance. Highly recommend!
