Amazing Service! I found this place by a mistake that a outside vendor made. I am so glad that mistake happened because I would've never known how great this place is. The owner and staff were super friendly and knowledgeable of my needs and corrected the mistake made by the other tire vendor. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I got the service that I was promised. This will be my new place going foward for my car and tire needs. I had an incredible experience with Silvio and Chris. My Tesla tire blew out on a rainy night while I was driving with my 4-month-old baby, and all nearby stores were closed. When I finally arrived, they welcomed us warmly and treated us like family. Although they didn’t have the exact Continental tire, they quickly replaced it with a perfect match. I’m super picky with my car and took a gamble on this place little did I know what I was getting myself into. First of all staff is super nice to me and my wife. I didn’t catch the name of the lady in the front but also super nice. Silvio bro you was straight forward from the start never felt pushed with you. Thank you for taking care of me. This place always comes thru and gets you out of a bind! I popped my run flat tires (which are hard to find around this area). I called Elsy Auto, they looked me up via my phone number from a previous visit and were able to look and see if they had my tire in stock. They had 5! Even though they were closing in less than 1 hr, , they took me in and had me out of there in less than 30 minutes. The owner and staff are super helpful and friendly!

They did flush, pointed out minor repairs I needed that I was previously warned about, but they offered better pricing. Not only were they super quick they had good pricing but they saved me $400 that BMW try to charge me to cut off my boat on my tires saying that they were stripped when I got here they took my bolts off 123 they just said one of them was Extra type, but it was no problem for them and he didn’t charge me anything for it.

My Van was towed the shop. They checked it, they said I need alternator and other parts. The labor is 650 parts is about $1500. I found out the part totally cost almost $500 plus they changed the alternator there's nothing wrong with it, although other than that, they did very well on the installation, but they scammed with the prices of the part they triple charges plus they put a part that not need to be replaced.

I came here with tires I shipped from simple tire, Not only did Richard explain everything to me and handled my brand new rims with care, they went above and beyond and installed some anti-rattling clips that were missing on my front left rotor by another shop that did a poor job. Didn’t charge me a thing. Even noticed on my new rim that it required a bit More weights for balancing than usual and one at that point that out to me. So I can contact the manufacturer and see what they can do. Richard and his team were an absolute pleasure. I absolutely will be back. 5 STARS

Guys were great with the car, and the new tires ride good. I mentioned that my oil light came on twice since my last oil change(done by the Mazda dealership), so they took off the plastic cover under the car and saw that the oil drain plug hadn't been tightened to spec. You could unscrew it with your fingers. I appreciate them checking for me. Tires ride great and the balance in them feels good. Good bunch of guys.

Went here on Friday morning to get my tire checked. It seemed like a puncture and my dealership wasn’t gonna open for next 2 hours and also required appointment Elsy Tire were happy to assist and take a look immediately. The guy named Edward provided great service and was able to fix the tire for good in 20 mins. I did not have to buy a new tire. Even though the place looks old and out, their customer service is great. Would definitely return again for any car issues
