Don’t take your car here if it’s dirty. Go for the beer. Car was not too dirty, tipped the two workers, but didn’t get brushed down. Car still dirty. Brushes that hang down are missing. Great people, bad car wash.

Love it! Around $50 to get the inside and outside of your rig cleaned and give you back your Saturday. Better call 4 an appointment, though, because they are busy!

Terrible customer service..Ripped off windshield wipers,than it cracked my windshield! Machine way to rough. I understand wipers came on but the guy working should have told me before entering. There was no compassion. At least say ,sorry. Very traumatic experience. I will never be back and will tell everyone the horror story!

Eli and his team did a terrific job detailing and restoring the paint on my 2004 Jaguar XJR. The car hasn't looked this good for many years. Somehow they got all the dog hair out of the interior and left every surface clean and shiny. I couldn't be happier. We'll be back!

I have used Empire car wash for many years but on January 9th I came in for a car wash and had a terrible experience... There was a long line of cars and when I pulled in for my turn I was brought in fairly close to the car in front of me. My Car was brought in and the car wash started and somewhere inside they stopped the machine and my car was pushed into the bumper of the car in front of me. The car wash started up again and I was pushed out along with the car in front of me hugging it's bumper.. The car in front of me went on out and drove off and there was a long line at the car wash so I came back a week later and talked to the manager. Their manager immediately told me that they were not liable for anything before he even heard me out. The manager even said that I must have put my break on and no matter what I said about what had happened he continued to say that they were not liable instead of wondering if there was a problem that they could fix on there end.. And as I have seen in other posts they didn't even get my car cleaned. Their employees have always been wonderful but the manager was terrible.

Huge thank you to Empire Car Wash for the awesome service and incredible job on a complete detail today! I brought in my SUV for interior and exterior detailing and it was DIRTY. They made the entire process so easy. From scheduling to accurately estimating timing for pick up. Most importantly, I am so impressed with the quality of the detailing. Highly recommend Empire to anyone looking for any time of car wash service!

Had my brand new car washed here for $20 on Tuesday September 2. When I finally stopped and got out of the car, I noticed that the rear and front of the car had unwashed areas and the license plate in front was bent almost in half from the force applied by the washers using pole-mounted cleaners. I called to complain and was hung up on. I called again, same thing, hang up. These guys are a bunch of immature clowns who don’t take their job seriously or care about your car. AVOID EMPIRE CAR WASH, there’s plenty of other car washes in Bend..

Read all the reviews for all the car washes and picked this one based on that. Drove all the way up there from South Bend. This was the result. Part of the machine didn’t work apparently. You would think someone would have noticed….

Paid $15 for the Deluxe wash. As you can see from the pictures, there’s still a ton of dirt on my car after the wash. May as well not have bothered. The young men working there are very nice, though.

This place used to be so great. The guys are still very friendly, but I paid $20 for a wash today and my car is still dirty. ☹️ (pictures below. But I couldn't get a good pic of the back end which is still relatively dirty)

It's a $10 basic car wash. Gets most of your car clean, sort of. If your expectation is a totally clean exterior you may want to consider a different local car wash.

This used to be my go to car wash; I had a membership even. I’m unsure what changed. The last few times I’ve come I get a half ass spray down (no scrub), my car gets run through so fast it still has soap on it when it comes out and it’s not clean. I’m paying more (now $20) and getting less. Disappointing.

Empire detailed my Nissan Truck and did a KILLER job. No joke the best detail I’ve ever gotten. Call these guys for a detail you won’t regret it. I’ve had a lot of shotty detail jobs at other places over the years. Not these guys

I've been going to Empire Car Wash for the last 2 month because im stuck in a 3 month contract and had a somewhat mixed experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and hardworking, which I truly appreciate. However, the overall quality of the car wash itself left a lot to be desired. The water pressure was not very strong, which affected the thoroughness of the wash. Additionally, I decided to get the interior cleaned once, but I wasn't impressed with the results. It felt like there wasn't much effort put into it, and the cleaning was minimal at best. I wasn't expecting a full detail, but a bit more effort would have been appreciated. Overall, while the staff's friendliness is commendable, the service provided by the machines and the interior cleaning left me feeling underwhelmed. I wouldn't choose to get the interior cleaned again. I won't be continuing my membership ether.

Super fast and friendly! Conveniently located right off the main road. I was able to get a great deal with the standard car wash and get it done in under 5 minutes. Happy that there was no wait. two of the attendants even sprayed off my car with some cleaning solution before directing me into the auto wash. I will come again!

This place is absolutely phenomenal. I felt bad about coming in this dirty but as you can see, they turned it into a whole new car! Highly recommend this place. The general manager Eli is also a super awesome dude and came out to check out how clean it got. I will always come back here. Great place, great price and they do a heck of a job!
