Edit after seeing disrespectful false response from the owner - I’ve never experienced a more disrespectful and unprofessional response from a business. I’m honestly not surprised after seeing how you’ve responded to other customers who also left 1-star reviews mentioning rudeness, overcharges, and poor treatment. It’s clear how you handle people who have a bad experience with your business instead of improving, you choose to argue and disrespect them. We rented a U-Haul from your location on May 15 and returned it before noon on May 16, well within 24 hours. Yet, we were billed for three full days, which is completely inappropriate. To clarify, the issue here is not with U-Haul itself — they have been apologetic and understanding about the situation. The problem was entirely with your location, as you are the vendor handling the rental. When we raised this in person, your receptionist opened and checked the truck upon return and confirmed it was not dirty as you claimed. Despite that, you added a cleaning fee, even though no cleaning was done or needed. We have photos and videos as proof. It’s also rude and misleading to claim, “people understand that if a U-Haul is brought dirty such as yours, it will have a cleaning fee — that’s not Epic Auto Repair.” That statement is false — the truck was not dirty, and your own staff witnessed this when we returned it. We even tried to speak directly with your staff and show the evidence of the wrongful charges, but instead of taking accountability, you guys were dismissive and rude. That experience — not the billing error itself — is what truly led me to write this review. Mistakes can happen, and customers understand that. But the lack of accountability and disrespectful treatment after pointing out an obvious error is unacceptable. Everyone has the right to share their genuine experience, and this review reflects mine honestly. ------------------------------------ Worst experience renting uhaul here , just dont rent it from this place . They charged for 3 days even after returning the van before 24 hours. There is no wifi nor mobile network to upload any pictures at the facility. Keys were dropped off on time. Unecessary cleaning fee was charged though the van was in a clean condition than the time of pickup. Inspite of checking with the front desk about why we were overcharged , she simply chose to ask us to talk to customer service instead of correcting their mistake. I will never use the service again nor recommend anyone for their scam in overcharging their customers & incorrect way of making money.

I have used epic auto multiple times over the years and they are amazing at only selling you what you need and are very trustworthy. Alen and his wife are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable and will always do their best to give you premium service with a smile, I highly recommend this place for all your auto needs. just got my oil changed and I am coming back next week for a transmission service.

Epic has been my "goto" shop as it's local to me, inexpensive and friendly. I have had my 2010 Ford Transit Connect, 2011 Prius, and my 2001 Ford F-250 diesel serviced by Epic Auto Repair and have not been disappointed. As you can see my vehicles run the gamut of automotive technology and Epic never took longer than they estimated, or cost more. If you are a Morgan Hill resident I highly recommend Epic Auto Repair!

I’ve had a really hard time finding a mechanic shop that I trust. I tried out Epic auto when they opened to try and find that trusted shop. Since then, I have had nothing but amazing services and am convinced that I have found that trusted shop. They are easy to talk to. Their prices are transparent and good. I have never gotten that feeling that I got cheated or that they didn’t do a good job. I have taken all my cars there now; ranging from oil change to large repairs. I have absolutely been happy with the work. I am so glad that I have found my local trusted auto repair place.

I had been dealing with my insurance and the after effects of an accident and failed repair by the collision place. I came here. I used to come when it was another company. I’m always a tad weary. But at the end of my experience I was glad I chose to come here. Not only did they do the diagnostic and help in the area of the car I thought the problem was, but they helped me resolve a small issue that was causing me a ton of stress. Terrible and unprofessional service and advice. Went in there to take my 2021 car in cause it was having a little skip while driving and the receptionist had her “mechanic” take it for a test drive not even 5 min later he came back and whispered in her ear, then she tells me my transmission is going out and recommended I drive it till it dies.. so I knew that couldn’t be right, so I took it to someone who knows more about cars and all that was needed was a transmission flush, and my car is perfectly fine. The fact that she told me to run my car till it dies and giving no effort to really look into it is a disgrace.

Wow!!! Epic Auto Repair is amazing. This shop has been under new ownership now for about 5 years it is now a family owned business. The previous establishment here was a very bad shop called Precision Auto which has been gone now for a long time. I have been taking my cars and trucks to them for 5 years. Allan and Letti are really great people they are very honest and trustworthy, they actually have a passion for working on cars which is very hard to find nowadays. They have helped me with oil changes, brake changes, A/C charge, alignment, mounting and balancing tires and wheels, and so on. Epic Auto Repair also works on classic cars as well.

Since I can’t seem to reply to the so called owner. I did call and it was your receptionist that had the attitude. I didn’t even try to take it off myself because of how it looked. You guys not taking responsibility for what you guys messed up on is really telling how you handle business. I took it to another shop and before they even started on it they showed me these pictures of how the bolt had been scraped by your people as well as the filter being overly tightened was by you guys. I did not do any work on it. This was all before anything got done. I still haven’t done my oil change because the place I took it at didn’t have the right tools I went to epic auto repair shop last time I needed my oil change and right now I am trying to do another oil change and I was told this is how the condition it was left in. I just called Epic auto repair and they want to charge me $45 for a “lifting feel just to lift my car and check on their screw up

Went today for an oil change and was treated like the favorite customer ever and I’ve never gone before . They topped off all fluids and reset the service needed light. They were fast , clean and really nice … really felt like I was someone special … and aaa+ service too. Price is fair , I waited while the job was done and was out in 30 minutes … happy to share this is my new go to shop for car service needs
