I use an electric mobility 4-wheel scooter for local trips. I had problems with flat tires as the inner tube broke. I purchased via the web a new rim & inner tube! Next problem was that regular tire stores do not fix these 9x3.5 tires.A friend recommended. Epik Ridez Bikes in Miami Lakes, 1.3 miles from my house! I contacted John, the owner & stopped by today. John specializes in electric bike & scooter sales, accessories, service & parts! He has a huge inventory! So, for all seniors & other users this store can help you! This is a great bike shop family owned and operated. I've dealt with John in the past with a purchase of my son's first moutain bike. Recently went for a tune up for three bikes and they look amazing. Great service at a fair price. Despite the 50 miles round trip I drive to get to the shop, its well worth it.

John was amazing. I called the shop and he was super pleasant and helpful over the phone. I was having trouble inserting a pedal in a crank for a new kids bike I bought online. I didn’t expect him to be able to fix it for me I was going to have the cranks replaced. But I walked in and he didn’t attempt to make a sale. Amazing service. They took the time to really diagnose the problem with my bike & get it fixed. We had a peculiar issue with the front cable disc brake. They tried a slew of approaches to correct the malfunction until they finally got to a solution. The bike now rides smooth again and the brake is working well. Above & beyond is the perfect description of service here. Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning if the bike needs any more work done.
