Amazing service. They took the time to really diagnose the problem with my bike & get it fixed. We had a peculiar issue with the front cable disc brake. They tried a slew of approaches to correct the malfunction until they finally got to a solution. The bike now rides smooth again and the brake is working well. Above & beyond is the perfect description of service here. Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning if the bike needs any more work done.

Bought a s2 hi boy electric scooter and week later realized it was not getting the 19miles per charge that was supposed to be getting, more like under 10 miles per charge. I let John the supposed owner know and he was gonna make a claim with hiboy company and get me a new battery. It’s been a month since I’ve contacted John about this issue. Also did some research on this company hiboy and turns out most people have the same exact issue as not getting the suggested 19 miles per charge. Overall not a good experience with John of epik rides bikes or hiboy electric scooters. Just gonna sell this crap scooter for whatever I can get and take the loss

John was amazing. I called the shop and he was super pleasant and helpful over the phone. I was having trouble inserting a pedal in a crank for a new kids bike I bought online. I didn’t expect him to be able to fix it for me I was going to have the cranks replaced. But I walked in and he didn’t attempt to make a sale.
