Went in for a diagnostic as my Dodge Ram diesel was having a strange sound. Owner made diagnostic and suggested to replace part. Confirmed with him that such of part was replaced before taking it to his shop. He insisted that the possibility that regardless part could still be defective. When I asked him that what happens if part does not take care of problem he went on to say that he does not guarantee results and i was still responsible for paying for part (crazy). Agreed to have part replaced regardless it was new and after 2 hours waiting still nothing was done. Remind you that i have replaced this part before and im not a mechanic and it took me 15 minutes because it is super simple. Got tired of waiting and asked owner how much i owed him for the services so far and took off. These guys are not mechanics, all they do is change parts until car is fix Stay away if possible.

The worst place , DO NOT take your truck there never. I went to try to fix a fail on mi Dump Truck engine and Norberto told me that I had a problem in one of my Injectors, but he had to test one by one to know which one was broken. After he tested the six Injectors his diagnostic was that THE SIX Injectors were broken and that I had to replace THE SIX injectors, ensuring me that in a 99% it was the cause of my Engine Failure. After that job and paying a Bill of $ 2402.00 the failing was not fixed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK THERE, YOU ARE GOING TO BE CHEATED BY THIS GUY.

This place is not recommended to anyone here, do not come to do any type of work on my husband's cars, the mechanics broke 2 hoses from the truck putting on the injectors and they charged them as if they had been broken, they are scammers, if you break something you should fix it and not charge for what you broke. Instead of being called SSR Diesel Repairs it should be called SCAMMERS……… in the photo is what the hoses are worth and they wanted to charge it double

Worst injectors ever. I bought 6 from them and had to change out 3 of the three times cause they kept failing on me I thought it was just a bad batch and swapped them out with the warranty and left on the road . A week into my trip and one completely died on me and the rest of them are acting up. I would highly recommend everyone to stay away from this place.this place will only cost you more money.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel like I have to for this one because I’m incredibly grateful to SSR Diesel Repairs and Norberto. I took my 2022 Isuzu NPR truck there after the dealership quoted me nearly $25,000 to fix it. My warranty had been voided because I had accidentally used contaminated fuel, which damaged the fuel injectors and, according to the dealership, ruined the engine. Hoping to save a few thousand dollars on an engine rebuild, I brought my truck to SSR. Instead of just going with the previous diagnosis, they conducted their own tests, starting with a compression test, which showed that the engine was actually in good condition. They then removed the injectors and tested them using their Bosch-made, German-engineered equipment—an absolute piece of art. The results confirmed that the injectors were indeed bad. SSR proceeded to rebuild the injectors and thoroughly clean the entire fuel system. In just two days, they had my truck up and running again. Meanwhile, the dealership took two weeks to give me a completely incorrect diagnosis. The best part? Instead of $25,000, I happily paid just $3,200. The only downside is that SSR specializes in diesel engines and doesn’t handle other truck systems. But if you have an engine issue, I highly recommend SSR Diesel Repairs. They are honest, skilled, and efficient!

Lost $3500 in repairs in this shop , took it in for a exhaust leak and got the truck back in a tow truck not running , had to take it to the dealer to fix their mistakes and everything they broke , another $3000 in the dealer, and then the "new" turbo they installed failed a 2 weeks later , another $5000 in a new turbo over $10,000 in less then a month for an exhaust leak, literally destroyed my truck harness and they blamed the key , scammers , never refunded my money and i was going to sue them but didnt want to waste my time with these low lifes and their lawyers . the owner is a clown and super rude... had to sell a great truck cuz of these clowns,

Very bad service I bought an injector for my truck and when I installed it my truck got worse I had to buy another one directly from the dealer, when I called to report what happened they told me that I had no warranty, they told me to send the injector to repair this one that supposedly was new and they sold it to me 3 days before. A total scam I do not recommend them under any circumstances.
