Searched online and came across Euro tech imports so I had to stop by to get my oil leak fixed for my 2008 Audi. Mark was great taking care of the issue along with Jose, very professional and they did excellent work. Showed me all the parts it needed and explained throughly before changing any part. Almost 2k miles into driving it and no leaks at all, the car has been running smoothly thanks again Euro Tech

A yr ago they did my 2 gaskets for me that the bmw dealer was charging way more for. Now I go for my front rotors, pads and an oil change and he quoted me 250 more than what the bmw dealer has posted on their website. I thought because the prices were good before that they would always be better than the dealer. His 1500 quote for work that bmw advertises for 1250 on their website is what prompted me to do my own research and buy my own parts. So now im just want to pay the labor. Got another quote over the phone from Mark, excluding a $40 sensor we forgot to include. Quote was great, he beat all other shops I called by $60 or more. I show up today with my parts in hand and my return ride followed me to the shop. Now its almost 200 more because he's claiming that the shop makes money off supplying the parts and he can't install them for the price I was told. The price today was about $120 more than the next best quote I had got for the same work at a shop that's half the distance from me as Euro tech. So I guess the take away is that you should do diligence each time you need work. Just because everything worked out in the past and all parties were happy with their compensation doesn't mean that it is still set up to benefit you in the same way. I guess he values their work more than the bmw dealer. Im not saying he's wrong, just being up front about pricing. For all I know eurotech has a master bmw mechanic with 40 yrs experience and bmw hires straight out of school, idk. But either way bmw advertises prices and doesn't change them when you get there, hopefully.
