Terry and Sara are great people. Honest and professional in every way. Brought in an old F150 with a bad oil leak. Terry looked the truck over and found several other major issue as well as multiple oil leaks. Terry was up front about all the problems and the cost to repair the truck but did not pressure me to have the work done. He took time to show me the problems so I could see for myself. In the end, I decided the truck was not worth the amount it was going to cost for the repairs. Honest and knowledgeable feedback instead of trying to close a sale. Honor in actions has my respect.

They found a problem in my A8 that took several hours and basically taking my engine apart to diagnose but called me to see if my car was still under warranty to save me $$$. The car was still under warranty so they put everything back together and wouldn't take any payment from me even when I offered. Really appreciate their honesty and helpful approach.

Eurocar has been great for numerous reasons. We moved to the area a few years back from Texas. When relocating, you never know what mechanic to visit because we've all been taken advantage of at one time or another. After visiting other mechanics for some work needed, I felt I was being ripped off. I visited Eurocar for a second opinion and sure enough, they provided a quote at half the price and made me feel extremely comfortable in explaining the work that was needed and not trying to sell me on other work needed. Now, any time work is required on any of our vehicles, Eurocar is the only place we go. And that's for our BMW (European car) & our Jeep and Cadillac (non-euro cars). Just the other day I visited with a list of items needed, one being a squealing sound coming from the belt. They could have easily said I needed to replace the belt or some pins within the belt that would cost me hundreds. But, they didn't. They simply said it just needed some grease. That's it and that's why I highly recommend you visiting Eurocar for any mechanical needs. I don't leave many reviews for others, but I felt Eurocar deserved a review because of their great service and honesty they provide to their customers.

They may do good work but for me they tried to rip me off. I took it in with what I thought was a tear in my CV boot because I saw grease in that area all on the inside of the wheel well. They wanted to charge me $800 for the repair when the part runs 25 to $50 and the labor is about 2 hours maximum. He offered a discount to do the other boot on the driver's side for $400 saying that it might be going so the fact that he tried to charge me $1,200 to do both tell me what if should of cost for 1. I was going to repair the boot myself with a silicone gasket seal and when I was cleaning the boot I found out that the end that connects to the drive shaft wasn't even attached. It had come loose from the clamp in fact there was no tear. They would have known this because they did have the car on a lift and yet instead of just replacing it they tried to charge me $1,200. Nice!!!! I would just advise now a little something about repairs and cars before you take it here because for me they tried to charge me $1,200 for essentially which was 20 minutes worth of work to replace a clamp.
