I highly recommend Franlkin Auto Repair. I purchased a used VW GTI for my son and they made sure the car is in tip top condition and safe for him to drive by replacing the water pump, oil cooler, oil pan, serpentine belt and various gaskets. First off, Bien was extremely professional and communicative during the whole process. She was great to work with. Took our explorer in for a new water pump which required the entire engine to be taken apart. Did it much quicker than the other quotes we got and for a much more fair price. We also had a small paint chip on our hood and they contacted the body shop nearby and was able to set that up while they worked on our vehicle. Family run business and you can tell they take a lot of pride in the work. I have found my new mechanic and auto shop.

You get service, quality, and reliability at Franklin Auto Service. Loc and Dan have been amazing people to work with regarding all of my Oopsie car incidents. They've fixed the driver side mirror in less than 2 days and charged me a 1/3 of the price of what Mercedes would have charged me. They've also replaced my washer pump motors after Mercedes messed it up when I took it in for service and wanted to charge me an arm and a leg I received an amazing price for a dent on the side of my car after I accidentally backed into a pole. not only has this shop became my go to, Dan & Loc have became great family friends and I will always recommend this shop above any other shop. I was in a wreck 2 days ago and Dan stayed up late to let us tow my car into his shop through the downpours of the hurricane outskirts. AGAIN, NO ONE ELSE would have done that for their clients if they didn't care. Thank you Loc & Dan for everything!

If you're like me, you probably call around to a few places before taking your vehicle in. You read reviews and ask others if they have been to "____" shop. I called Franklin and immediately was impressed by their customer service and demeanor. I received a rough quote from them in regard to what I thought was the problem. I was told it would take about three hours to diagnose and repair if I was correct. I immediately took my vehicle in, they diagnosed my vehicle with a different problem... to my surprise, it was significantly cheaper to repair than the original estimate. I also asked them to evaluate a few other things and they repaired those as well. In the end, they fixed my primary concern and another issue for almost half of what I was originally expecting. They speedy, effective, and honest. I will be recommending friends and family to Franklin from here on.
