I have used this place for about a decade now and I always leave very satisfied. Often times, my experience is even better than it would be at BMW of Dallas. This is my only car repair place that I will even patron (for non warranty repairs) due to honesty, knowledge for the scope of work, and the friendly people who work here. I have even been quoted one price and came to pick my car up and it was a bit less, which is always a pleasant surprise when you expect to spend a pretty penny on your vehicle. I cannot recommend these guys enough! And of course I will return for any work to my vehicles in the future.

I traveled to Dallas from Miami to purchase a 911 991.1 from a local gentleman. Decided to take the vehicle to European Service Center for a PPI since it was close to where the car was located. The team here did an amazing job with answering all the questions I had about the car before, during, and after the inspection. Price was completely fair and they issued me the complete report of the inspections with pictures and everything. After purchasing the vehicle and driving it back home, I was happy to see a message from them asking if I got back home safely. The level of attentiveness that John and Alex have is unmatched. I wish I can clone them and the shop and have them back home in Miami. Cannot recommend this place enough. Thanks John and Alex!

I went to the Cedar Springs location in Dallas and John took excellent care of me. I told him the Mercedes at Park Place told me that you cannot just replace the broken glass on my Mercedes GLA 250 side mirror and that I had to replace the whole side mirror component for $1400! John told me that was not true and he saved me over $1350!

🙌 I happily discovered this shop by accident, as I was living in the Knox area in Dallas next to Katy Trail, and happened to see this place in its somewhat hidden location on one of my daily Katy Trail walks. I own a cute but slightly older Range Rover Evoque that was in need of repairs, and additionally, randomly just shut off and stopped working one day, right off of 75. 😅 A bit embarrassing as I blocked traffic for about an hour. Remembering this place, as it was less than a half block from my apartment, I had my car towed there and they fixed me right up! Turns out I needed a new starter. These guys were on it and my car was repaired super fast! I brought it back later to get several things done: oil change, new headlights, coolant leak repair and a new sensor. (My engine light was on forever). They provided me quotes for all the different work and I was able to select and choose what I could afford to pay. The prices were not bad at all and actually overall less than what I was typically paying back in the northeast where I am from. My car is back to being her fun little peppy self - and I was back to enjoying zooming around Dallas in no time! So convenient as I lived right next door too. So it was easy dropping off the car and picking it up. I have moved out of that neighborhood but will still use this place. Drama free. Excellent high quality work. No financial surprises. And clear communication with flexible options - if you are not rich and need to pace out repairs. Rare to find in the automotive world! Highly recommend.

This is the second time we needed European Service Center for mechanical service, the first time was for an CV joint replacement and, I must say, they are top notch professionals. My daughter had her car towed because her shifter was stuck in Neutral. John reached out to her and the agreed on a plan of action. It was a very unique problem that John handled masterfully and at a reasonable price, on the same day. The car was dropped off at 8:00 am and picked up at 5.30 pm. I would highly recommend these folks for any type of service from an oil change on up.
