Karl, the owner, what a great guy. Very professional, responded to my message and arranged a time to come to my home the very next day. He arrived on time to fix my electric lawnmower and spent a good 2hours trying everything, with no success, BUT he ruled out everything and it looks like the motherboard must have been effected by a few hours left in the rain. I now, at least know it needs to be replaced. I couldn’t be more grateful for all of his effort and he didn’t charge me. Hope to not need him, but would use him again if I ever do, and definitely recommend!!

Carl was absolutely fantastic. he had a great positive, mental attitude, and a great vibe. he was able to squeeze me in last minute for a snowblower repair. it felt like I had called a friend to come over and help me work on it. He didn’t talk down to me because of my lack of mechanical knowledge he helped me get the new carburetor in and then showed me how to Properly operate the snowblower and how to properly care for it so I don’t have the same problem in the future. his pricing was more than reasonable. i’m looking forward to the spring time so we can work on the mower. I almost never leave reviews. I wish I could give more than five stars.
