I've lived a full active life with frequent Physical Therapy opportunities. I am currently recovering from a full knee replacement. I chose Evolution as a result of a recommendation from my at home PT immediately following surgery. I have been pleased with Evolution overall as they are well run, have convenient locations, clean up-to-date facilities, take insurance etc. However, the most important reason is the therapy itself. I was assigned Anna Lee who is helping me navigate one of the hardest situations I've ever been in. She is knowledgeable, professional, hard working, accountable and most of all, empathetic. This hasn't been easy, but it's likely the best PT experience I've had. I would recommend Anna to anyone and I assure you as I navigate this nasty thing called old age, I will seek her assistance in the future.

Overuse injuries are a fact of life for many performance athletes, and I’m incredibly grateful to have had Carole by my side throughout my training journey. I can’t recommend her and the whole team at Evolution PT enough! From the very beginning, she took the time to ask thorough questions and truly listen to my concerns, ensuring that every session was tailored to my specific needs and progress. Her ability to fine-tune my treatment helped me navigate a rigorous training schedule and a demanding Ironman race calendar—all without the need for surgery.
I don’t know if I could have gotten through it without her thoughtful support and encouragement every step of the way. Thankfully, I’ll never have to find out. I was able to stay strong, recover effectively, and achieve my goals—and I feel immense gratitude towards her and the entire team.

I have had 2 physical therapy sessions at Evolution Physical Therapy & Fitness to recover upper arm movement after I broke my upper arm. My physical therapist is Anna Lee, and she is wonderful and very responsive to my needs. The sessions and exercises to target my needs have been very good, and with a few more sessions, hopefully I will regain full upper are movement. I highly recommend Anna Lee.

I went to this clinic with chronic back pain, and I had an amazing experience overall. Everyone from the front desk to the support staff was purely amazing. The pt I worked with was really great at her job, and was incredibly knowledgeable about different exercises to do for my pain. I’ve been to a lot of clinics in the la area and this was definitely the best one I’ve been to. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone I know. From now on this will be the only clinic I use in the la area. First class and 5 stars in every way shape and form.

Evolution Therapy Center in Beverly Hills is by far the best therapy center I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, the space is clean and spacious, and they have a wide variety of equipment to support your recovery.
The physical therapists are truly experienced and knowledgeable. I want to especially recognize Kumiko Bankson , who has been doing an amazing job helping me with my neck and arms issues and Carol Gong , who provided excellent care for my lower back.
Also, a big thank you to Barbara at the front desk—she’s always helpful and kind, making scheduling and check-ins easy.
I highly recommend Evolution Therapy Center to anyone in need of quality physical therapy.

I had been going to Evolution for physical therapy. Months after my last visit, I discovered eight unexpected $3 transactions from them on my account, as well as a duplicate charge for a session in August 2025.
When I reached out, their patient care specialist, Jackie C, responded to say that the duplicate charge had been refunded before posting -- but that was not reflected on my bank statement. Even after I provided documentation showing the duplicate charges and lack of refund, she replied that "everything had been done on her end," and no further help was offered.
I ultimately had to dispute the charges with my credit card company to get the issue resolved. Evolution Therapy's billing practices feel deceptive, and I would strongly caution others to review their statements closely.

This is a positive review of my PT, Jessica, at Evolution Physical Therapy. In the October timeframe, I had aches in my butt and knee areas. The pain was so bad that I could not stand in the kitchen washing dishes for 10 minutes. Jessica gave me a full evaluation and started working on my soft tissues. Within 2 sessions, my pain was greatly remarkably reduced. I continued to see her two times a week. Jessica continued working on my angry muscles and taught me stressing and strengthening exercises at the same time. The pain I experienced is now gone. Jessica is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She is a true professional and has advance certification for her work. It is a pleasure to work with her.

I went to Evolution last year for a frozen shoulder. I needed PT for a few months and had the pleasure of having Anna as my therapist. She did everything she had to do to get my shoulder back in shape. Unfortunately my other shoulder suffered a rotator cuff injury so without hesitation I took my prescription to Evolution and requested Anna. I've been working with her for two weeks and my shoulder already feels better. If you need any type of PT, Anna and Evolution are absolutely the best!
