EXCELLENT service. After taking my 2007 Prius to the mechanic what they quoted me for a battery replacement was more than what I paid for the car! Called Prius Kings and they were able to come out that night and replace it no problem at a fraction of the cost. HIGHLY recommend!!

Poor customer service. Scam product. A refurbished battery needed to be fixed THREE timers within the first few months. Then it lasted a year before breaking AGAIN. Still covered under warranty, they asked for $400 for "labor" and "travel" which are not covered under the warranty. If you add it all together what I have paid already is $2400 and the battery is still no good. Do yourself a favor and get a brand new battery from literally anywhere else with a lifetime warranty that covers the actual repair. They already got me for the money, don't let them get you too.

The hybrid battery in our 2007 Toyota Camery was starting to fail. The dealer wanted more than $4,000 to replace it with a refurbished battery and a 1-year warranty. Thankfully we found Prius Kings through a Google search. Aric was so easy to work with, he is very responsive and knows so much about hybrid cars and the batteries. He and his colleague came to our house to replace the battery and it cost us about half the price! I waited to write this review for a little over a month to make sure the car runs smoothly. The car is running great – and the battery has a 3-year warranty. We highly recommend Aric and Prius Kings!

Not just for Priuses! Alez and Aric from Priuskings were outstanding. They were professional, prompt and they came to me. I had multiple warning lights come on relating to my 09 Nissan Altima hybrid drive, and the dealer wanted more than the value of the car to fix it! Priuskings did all the work in my own garage, got my car back running in perfect condition, and did it for a fraction of what the dealer wanted. Highly recommend!

I don't give many 5 stars because it means the work was exceptional and beyond expectations. In this case, Prius Kings deserves every star. They were easy to communicate with and pay a deposit to set a date. On that day the tech was professional, courteous and easy to communicate with. The work was done in short order and my warning light woes are in the past. I wish I had found them the first time I needed a new battery.

The battery of my Prius started failing and I needed a new one. The dealership charges over $4,000 for a new one. They tried to talk me out of a refurbished one, saying they are unreliable. But, that’s only true if only the bad cells are replaced. Prius Kings provide fully refurbished batteries with a lifetime warranty at less than half the cost! And they come out to you! They are easy to work with, we’re on time, and now my car is running great. If your hybrid battery fails, call Prius Kings and get all your questions about their refurbished batteries answered before buying a new one. I’m glad I did!

Came up with a P0A80 code on my Prius C and they were prompt, competent, flexible and inexpensive (compared to other retailers I checked out). They also offered warranties that are far beyond their competitors. Most other places I spoke to only offered a maximum of a 1 year warranty on Hybrid battery repair, I got a 5 year from PriusKings, but I believe they offer even longer warranties if you're so inclined. Major shout out to Kris, who worked on my car. Stand up guy, extraordinarily helpful. If you can book your fix with him I'd highly recommend it. The service was great, but it did slightly bother me that the prices I was given by the retail team did not match the prices online--which appeared significantly cheaper.

I was very happy to find a reliable company to provide a proper diagnostic on our Toyota Camry. Two other services could not tell us what was wrong with the vehicle and wanted to sell us a battery replacement. Kris from Priuskings performed a diagnostic and told us we were having a problem with the inverter and not the hybrid battery. He was able to source a used one and we had it installed for under $400. Thank you for your honesty and for saving us $1500.

Unfortunately I'm having a negative experience with this company. They were paid $1500 to replace a rebuilt battery on my Prius and 6 months later, hybrid system warning lights started showing on my dashboard. So I took the car to another hybrid specialist and after running some diagnostics, they found it had 2 bad cells. Supposedly the battery has a 3-year warranty but here's the catch. You'll have to pay for labor for them to come back and fix a bad battery that they sold and that's assuming that they do come back because they seem very reluctant to fix the problem and set up an appointment. Sure they were very responsive and friendly initially but good luck with warranty work later!

I replaced my Lexus Prius battery 12 months ago, and now it’s displaying an error code on my dashboard again! I just paid money a year ago and now I have to pay again! A 12-month warranty seems like a joke. There’s no professionalism at all. They only use one small scanner, and they can’t even give you answers. And the last but not least, the guy on the phone is so rude that they’re not even on the phone half the time!
