Sam is a very courteous and thorough professional, very friendly and jolly in nature. Understands your concerns, and explains all the options in detail, works with your schedule and gives a pretty good deal. His colleagues - Shane and Francisco are highly experienced and knowledgable as well. Will recommend the correct fixes for your situation and need - rather than just the extravagant overkill options. In my case, they offered to and made a few fixes even after 4 months of receiving delivery for free. They were recommended to me by a friend who had a very seamless, timely and cost effective service with them - and I cannot agree more! Sam is so warm - he even left me with some local gourmet cookies when he found I was getting married soon! You just cannot go wrong with them!

This place is incredible! I had to get one of my mirrors replaced and felt so overwhelmed having to deal with it... the guys at Beverly Hills Auto Technology took such good care of me! Their service is professional and quick!! And... I almost forgot to mention their great prices! Their price was way cheaper than the other estimates I got!

We family and I met Sam (the shop’s owner) earlier this year when one of our cars needed body repair, and we are glad we did. The facility does a very professional and excellent job. Moreover, Sam is extremely honest and will try to help you with the fee as much as possible. Hope you won’t need him, but if you do please give him a try. I am certain you will be satisfied with his work.

I took my 2020 Honda Civic to them based on recommendation by another shop nearly across the street to diagnose my intermittent AC not working. They did their special "AC Tune up and test" for $300. I picked up the car the next day and soon again the AC wasn't working, it actually got worse. I brought it back to them, this time they never bothered calling me back to update me about my car. I waited a few days and called, they needed more time! This was already suspicious. They took my car to another shop several miles away without telling me, to diagnose it for them. Finally after over 1 week of not having my car I call and they told me the car needs a new AC compressor and a couple other parts, total cost will be $1400. I said forget it and came to get my car back right away. They have to give me a ride to pick it up from the other shop miles away. I took the car to North Hollywood where everything seems more reasonable, and it cost me just $800 for the same exact job and was done the following day! I'm writing this to warn others of the unethical sneaky practice and lack of communication/care of customers. Shane knows he neglected me.

The team here is AMAZING. I was in a pinch and in need of a miracle and these gentleman really showed me true kindness and care. They went out of their way to go above and beyond in excellence. I usually take my 2013 Prius to the dealer, but frustrated and overwhelmed I stopped by this local shop I pass often. I explained my problem and answered a couple of questions, and knew these men know what they are talking about and were not trying to sell me on anything. They had me up and running in a day. As a local teacher this means everything to me. If you want quality, fair priced, and honest work I highly suggest you go here. Thank you again Sam & team.

The owner and manager are cool. But my experience was nothing but easy. First off, they constantly moved the finish date further and further back. Always having some sort of an excuse to why they had to push it back. Promises were never kept. But above all, the work they did on my truck was terrible! They re used the same parts instead of painting the new ones. The paint job is so bad. You can definitely tell this shop uses the cheapest products. I would not recommend this shop at all. I will not be going back here again.

They even helped me get a reservation for a car rental, not only that but they took less than 4 days to have my vehicle in tip top shape. I had a really bad accident recently (my fault). I was making a left turn and hit another car. I saw the great reviews for this shop and decided to give it a try. Christophe, the owner, was soo professional, honest, and reassuring from the very beginning. He took the time to explain the entire repair process and worked with my insurance. Him and his team kept me updated every step of the way. My car looks brand new!! I included before and after pics. They did everything on time. I highly recommend this place!! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
