The service is terrible, they broke part of my bumper and they don't want to repair it when I don't authorize them to remove it. They don't even deserve 1 star because even the lights in my car are painted dr. white I'm completely disappointed

I'm so happy with the Service!! I got on a car accident and brought my 2019 RV to this place when they call me that it was ready, I was impressed with the job they did it was like NEW again, like no accident happen.. The service is great!! I love the way Thomas was so friendly and kind Great worker!! Thomas help me with all my concerns and question.. Really Great service.. Got in 2 accidents and both times I brought my car here. They were quick to fix my car, helped me with a rental, and would update me every Tuesday and Thursday. I really appreciated knowing the status of my vehicle. Employees are really helpful and give off a really good vibe. If anyone needs a body shop, I would definitely recommend them here.

I ended up having to use Network autobody again for a small little polish job and they were kind enough to do it for little/to no cost. Chris the Manager is amazing and I highly recommend their services. Everybody at Network Autobody from the manager Chris, to Jennifer in Operations was extremely professional, honest and transparent when it came to getting my car fixed after it was hit and needed body repair to my bumper. He was also very helpful in keeping the repair costs low, expediting repair to help with my car rental costs etc. Car looks like new. Beautiful job by his mechanics and auto body specialists. Would 100% recommend them to anyone in need of car body repair.

I went to this Kia approved body shop for an repair estimated spoke with Dennis and Chris after i started process with my AAA insurance i sent them approval i received from my insurance to use OEM parts (original parts). It has been a week of non-replying emails. At this point i will take my business somewhere else due to lack of professionalism and commitment., it is a waste of time and energy, take your car to a professional recognized body shop.

Had a wonderful experience with them. Dennis was super helpful and made it clear what would be needed and the timeline. They communicated very well and even finished earlier than expected. They repaired body damage flawlessly and made sure they could do everything as right as possible (checking bumper, sensors, etc) and returned it possibly in better condition than before my accident. The admin staff was also lovely and made the process very easy and painless. They care about providing a great experience and it shows.
