Do not use at any cost. 1st contact was very negative, inappropriate language, absolutely no manners. Told me very clearly to get the f. Out. Not sure what the problem was but may be just my skin color. Who knows right? Not the best way to grow a business, so if you value customer service i dont think you will be satisfactory with this company.

My car window was broken because someone tried to steal my tools, they took some but not all, I didn’t have much money and didn’t think i’d be able to afford getting my window replaced, i was already feeling down, and I called only for a quote ,and she didn’t want me to say her name, but Jackie, saved me and change my entire perspective, I was feeling defeated, and repairing my window gave me a better outlook on my situation. She gave me a great price which was way lower than any other place I called. Other places wanted double and some even triple of what I paid here. The service was fast, and the employees are great. This is now my go to shop for any window repair I need, and will most definitely be recommending them to all my friends.

After calling 16 different places looking for the best deal to fix my window, this shop stood out. Even when I told them I was still shopping around, the front desk called me back and gave me the best offer I’d heard all morning. Great same-day service at the best price! I had to replace the front windshield on my Civic urgently since I was traveling the next day. After calling several places, most couldn’t offer same-day service or their prices were much higher. When I called here, Greg took the time to gather all the details — including the VIN number — to make sure everything was correct, and he offered the lowest price with same-day availability.
