Classic lying mechanics. Called in for a service but once I was there they played the “you must have talked to someone else about that price but it’s much higher”. That’s a red flag about their professionalism and honesty.

Took my car in for new clutch. They put in new clutch, said they resurfaced the flywheel. Had to take car back in 2 day cuz clutch wasent grabing. Went in to talk "MASTER TECH". He said i needed a new motor which was BS.. He got all mad and upset that i was telling him its the flywheel.. I had to buy a whole new flywheel. And we made an agreement that if it was the flywheel he would pay!!!! HE NEVER DID NOR DID HE APOLIGIZE!!!!!.... RUDE MECHANIC!!!! OVER CHARGED!!!!!!..... The costumer will never be right in "MASTER TECHS" eye.

Took my 99 civic in on Tuesday for an issue where the car turns off while it runs, and flickers on and off while moving as well. They finally called me back on saturday and told me that they could not figure it out. They basically told me they "tried everything" and goodluck. So much for "honda and acura specialists."

I took my car to get my ac fixed. Once they were done, it only last for a month before the ac stopped working again. After that they were unable to find out where the problem was coming from. All they could do was recharge it and wait for it to go out again. This took a few more tries until they found out that I needed another part to be replaced and it was gonna cost me another $200 (on top of the $300+ I already gave them the first repair) for just the labor on its own. That didn't include the price of the new part that needed replacing. That new part they wanted me to get I was gonna have to find on my own and bring it in. That is where I drew the line. I will not be going back to this place anymore. They have lost my trust.

Got a car timing belt package that cast me over $700 and a few other recommendations they offered me so totaling s2700. One month after the fix i got a smog check and it completely FAILED...😠 I dove my Honda about 1500 miles and it broke down.....smh. I feel that i got taken advantage of..... Sorry for the business cause That will be the last time i go there. I hope you find my review as a warning. I wish i would of known that this place takes you for your money. GOOD LUCK BE CAREFUL.✌

I used to take my Honda to the dealership but then my brother recommended this place to me. Super friendly staff. They always explain the work being done and I don't feel like I'm being ripped off. Pricing is fair. Sometimes almost half of what I would pay at any Honda dealership. I would definitely recommend.
