Well here it goes…. My 2012 Audi A4 had a timing chain issue, went to the shop dropped it off, they get on the car, and got it repaired within 4 days. I go to pick it up, i get charged for things that i didnt even need. The mechanic says they changed the radiator and installed a new one,…NO CHANGE Said a new intercooler was installed….NO CHANGE Said the oil leak issues were fixed….NO CHANGE Said new gaskets were installed…. NO CHANGE Said the turbocharger was leaking oil and has been fixed…. NO CHANGE Said the check engine light was fixed… after 1 hour of driving (on the way to houston) came right back on. Now my car jerks at low speeds, drinks gas like its a V8 with twin turbos, with the same original parts that they said they “fixed”.. . Oh…. and not to mention that i almost got in a car accident on my way to houston because i told them to install a tire which was literally brand new with hardly any miles on it. On the road, the entire inner side wall came apart exposing the wires and almost made me crash on a highway going 75mph. I made 2 trips, from houston to get my car fixed, i even stayed over at a friend driving 3 hours from houston because i had recently moved from SA to houston and i wanted my car free from any mechanical problems and this is what i get! DIRT BAGS! *UPDATE* I am not here wasting my time hating on a business for no reason. I am here because everyone deserves honest business/service. I wrote this review because I came to get my car fixed and yall charged me an arm and leg for a timing chain issue and told me many other things have been fixed/replaced when they have not!! Im sure you have records, open it and see!! *UPDATE 2* It was a Black 2012 Audi A4 2.0T with a Texas license plate starting with LBD

Myself and my family members have used this business simultaneously, giving thousands of dollars upfront for repairs. I paid cash and received an undetailed receipt for an electrical repair on the window of my bmw, my car sat there for months! When I finally asked for it back they gave it to me and after being patient and courteous the whole time because the owner was a friend of our family it still was not fixed. Never once was offered a refund. They did offer to fix it on two separate occasions after I complained each time, however both times my car sat in the lot for months and when I received it back it still was in need of repair. Same thing happened with my family’s vehicles too. People need to know not to go here. *side note the experience and service was so bad that I felt the need to leave this review, I’ve never left a negative review in my life

Went in for a quote on some body work for my BMW X3. The price was fair and the quality was amazing. Not only did my car look brand new again, but they even went as far as giving it a quick detail inside and out. Will definitely be back for all my car needs!

Terrible service ! I'm not one to judge but seeing the people running this shop had me on alert . So I had my audi towed in for repair. Never got a call back in like 4 weeks!! I started calling asking questions and they said they had been busy . Well needless to say I got a call back 2 days later saying I needed a engine, s.m.h. wow ! The engine turned over it just would not Start. I went to pick up my vehicle with parts missing on it. When I called them back to question them were my missing pieces to the car where they said they would get back with me. Never did . So disgusted with a buisness that is ripping off the public. I urge anyone not to do buisness at this shady shop.

I had a Ferrari California in for a diagnostic test since the car has some problem when shifting gear and some warning lights come up. Before I brought the car in, I had visited the shop and check it out myself. I addressed the issues with the warning lights, they told me they had work on similar model before and etc . The conversation seems smooth, understood my problems and convincing. Therefore, I decided to take my car here. I've been told it should take 1 day if I drop it off early in the AM, then I can get it later around evening time, same day. So, I dropped the car off next morning around 7:30am, later that day around 5pm, I called in and check they said they had to take more time because it's a complicated car. I said no problem but still have a doubt in the back of my head since they promised 1 day earlier. They told me the car on the lift, inside the enclosed facility & safe. At that point, I couldn't do anything beside believed to what they said. Next day, I had to called again around 12:00pm, receptionist gentlemen answered, put me on hold & I got hang up after 10mins of wait. Called again, the front desk keep insisted that I have to come in to see because they found a ton of things that not normal. After I arrived, I got bombarded with many thing all over the places. The bolt are missing paint, the washer on other bolt below the frame are not equally, possible car was in flood, etc. Honestly, I feel being attacked mentally. I bought this car used and it's a 2013 model, and off course I understood the car its has been here and there. Despite the CARFAX said it clean and I couldn't rely on it 100%, I'm sure with any car 11 years old, its alway going to have a problem to put it on a lift. Perfection is absolutely impossible and flaws are expected. Anyway, my only main concern is why the shifting gear causing problem. They did not addressed it clearly and I have to reconfirm a couple times. They told me the car was low on transmission coolant so it might acting up, that's why the lights are on. So, he told me the car just need top off the coolant, reset the light and it should be fine. So I paid, then left. On the way home, after 7 minutes in , the shifting issue come back and the lights turn on again. I called back and they told me they need to reset it again. I was like you had it for 2 days and couldn't do it properly? He keeps repeating bring it back for another day. At this point, I was so frustrated and completely feel untrusted. I paid total for $268 in total (180 for diagnostic, and the rest for the coolant). I check the odometer and I saw that the car was being driven for 45 miles when it was at the shop. Even though, I've been told the car was stored inside a close facility. The money I paid, I do not argue or regret. I'm totally fine with it. Thing that hurt me the most is I felt my car being bully and taken advantage for joyride. It's my baby obviously. Since it was an expensive car & I'm very cautious with the milage and especially with the warning lights on. From my house to shop its only less than 10 miles and they drove my car for 45 miles. And still, can not diagnosed properly. FYI, I took to a different shop the next day, they just plugged in the computer and read the code without even drive the car. At last, I hope this experience will help others, who having a hard time to do online research for car shop like me. At least make a wiser choice than I did.

This place doesn't even deserve one star.. they highly unprofessional.. they tell you that your vehicle is repaired and you have to take it back over and over for same problem. Then they charge you factory prices for parts that they buy aftermarket.. I don't recommend this place to Anyone.... Then Cheryl the owners wife makes a post on my comment about being a customer.. unfortunately yes I was a victim of this business faulty ways.. they did work that was not agreed on, they overcharged for parts, then try to make it seem as if I've never been a customer please seek legal assistance because I have proof I'd love my day in court just make sure all your documents are in order.. be looking forward to the letter in the mail for court.. definitely will be reporting to BBB with all documentation as well as messages from people that work in the office

I have a Mercedes E350 2008 that has had some major problems within the last few year. First place, I took my car was Import Euro and the owner gave me complet run around that he had to order a new transmission they kept my vehicle for 7 months telling me the part is on back order every week. I decided to pick up my car and have it towed to Mercedes Benz dealership. They charge me a arm and a leg and gave me 20,000 list on what is wrong with it . However after it left Mercedes Benz dealership it broke down on my daughter on highway IH 35 and I towed it back to San Antonio Mercedes and they said they could fix it for 3,000 . By the grace of God, I got a second opinion and walked into Exclusive Cars and spoke to Oscar and he immediately without any hesitation towed my vehicle from the dealership to his location. After having my car for one week Exclusive fixed my vehicle and my daughter drove it back to college and hasn’t had any problems. There customer service starting with Kyle & Jose when you walk inside is first class. Don’t hesitate take your car to Oscar, Exclusive will take care of you and you’ll have a great experience. I know this was a long post, but I just wanted to be truthful and tell my story.

Oscar, Kyle and Jose were great! I took my BMW X5 in for a check engine light that came on. They were very honest with me and let me know it was nothing serious(Gas Cap issue), just needed to be reset. They fixed the problem and didn’t charge me. I will definitely be back and I would definitely recommend this repair shop!!

Stay a way at all cost. Take your car to a dealership. Learned our lesson The office would tell my wife one thing the tell me something totally different I will take my business some where else. Had my car for 2 days and did nothing to it. but said it needs other stuff that wasn't even the reason why we took it. Would not recommend

I have a Mercedes Benz CLA 250 2014, and my car had given up on me. I woke up one day, and my car didn’t turn on at all. That morning I taught it was the battery so I went to purchase one and installed it and my car turned on. Drove off to work, and after a long 8 hours of shift it didn’t turn on. I called Exclusive for assistance after being recommended to them. Kyle was the one that answered and I let him know my issues and he send a towing truck right away. After a couple of hours I get a call from Oscar stating we found the problem it’s the alternator we going to fix it and we should be good to go. My car was ready by the next day! Went into the facility and Kyle, Jose, and Oscar where so welcoming. Oscar explained everything about my car and we went out way home. The next day my car didn’t turn on again, and I was anxious. I called Kyle and he was was attentive and send the towing truck right over again. They called and told me we will see what’s wrong. They called me and told me we replaced the battery, and it should be good. I told them if it was okay to leave it over night to confirm it was going to turn on the next day. They made me feel comfortable and stated yes that will be okay. The next day my car didn’t turn on and they called me and guaranteed we will find the issue. After so many days of them trying to figure it out. Finally they found out my car had water inside the trunk and had burned the fuel pump model. They called me and told me and order the parts right away. Parts came in quick, and my car was ready by the next business day! Oscar even saw my coolant wasn’t good and get got it taken care of! I should be going back to do some more work on my car and for sure will go back! They are really professional and work as fast as possible! Kyle answered all my questions and I bugged him every day!!!! Oscar was so attentive to everything and explained to me every process and the reason why it had to get done! I finally got back my car and it’s running smooth!! I really appreciate everything Oscar and his team did! If you have any European car this is the place to bring it to! They will take care of you 100%

I have a BMW i3, which is a funky little car. I’d already called a few shops before finding Exclusive Cars, and they all turned me away after learning what car I had. Needless to say, I was very happy that EC was familiar with the BMW i line & I felt that I could trust them with my new car. These guys provided an exceptional service, going far above & beyond what I’ve received at other shops in the past. They took great care of my car, saved me money, & treated me like family — what more could you ask for?! I will definitely be a repeat customer for all of my future car needs. I especially appreciate that they were all welcoming & friendly towards me as a young woman… which is unfortunately not how mechanic interactions usually go, as many of us know!

This is THE shop if you have a Mercedes or other European luxury car that needs mechanic work. I have a 2007 Mercedes ML350. Bought it used and have had all sorts of problems. I am so glad I found this place. After spending crazy money with other mechanics who couldn't fix my problems, Oscar (the owner) fixed me up right away and went above and beyond at a very reasonable price. He even fixed several other minor problems at no cost. Plus, they always detail my car before they return it to me and check all fluids and the tires. Since our first meeting, I have had to bring my truck in multiple times and they take good care of me. I am in and out in 3 days tops. They diagnose the problem correctly the first time and charge me a reasonable price. I have never had to go back more than once for the same issue. Kyle, the guy who works the counter, is knowledgeable and courteous and takes care of me as well. I was even able to call him from out of town when my car broke down and he walked me through my problem to make sure I didn't get screwed by an unknown mechanic. It is so difficult to find an honest, trustworthy mechanic. THESE GUYS ARE IT!!! I have worked with them multiple times and I would never take my Mercedes anywhere else. Take my word for it, if you get mechanic services with Exclusive Cars of San Antonio, you're in good hands.

Honestly, this auto shop in San Antonio is a total joke. I'm a 20-year-old businesswoman, and my client got totally screwed over by these guys. His car's been stuck there for six months, and he needed it for work. They just kept giving him the runaround and empty promises. Super unprofessional. It makes me worried, like what if this happened to me? I can't stand businesses that take advantage of people like this. If you want reliable and honest car repairs, look somewhere else. These guys are not it. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

The managers are very professional and very helpful but the shop person did a poor job. My E350 needed a headlight replacement so I gave my car to them to replace it. When I got the car back my headlights weren't aligned properly so I had to drop my car again for few days to fix it. The condition was even worse when I got the car back, the lights were pointing towards the sky, and I can barely drive my car at night. I am planning on giving my car to the Benz dealership to align my headlights even though I paid good money to Exclusive Cars to fix it. I don't trust their work since the first two attempts were a failure. I can't go back there again many times since I live in Houston. I should have given my car to the Benz service in the first place.

Best shop in SA hands down!! And I’m talking from experience, let me tell you! If you have issues with your car, big or small- these guys will diagnose the issue almost immediately and fix it. This is not a trial and error type of shop. I was so impressed by not only their knowledge and ability to fix all my cars issues but, their customer service as well. They are thorough in their detailed billing and communication helping you understand everything you’re paying for. They just take care of you. They fixed so many issues I had w my Porsche Cayenne and even detailed it without charge & worked late to get it done a day early. It runs like a brand new car 😍 I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank y’all again ❤️❤️

⚠️ WARNING – AVOID THIS SHOP ⚠️ They are taking deposits and NOT repairing cars. They refuse to honor warranty work and give customers the runaround, claiming they’ve “ordered parts” that never arrive. Prices are extremely high, and when confronted, they say “no one can do anything” because it’s a “civil matter.” They’ve even been locking themselves inside the building and refusing to answer the phone. I’d bet $100 you haven’t gotten your car back recently — as of August 13, 2025.

RUN!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST I took them my Audi R8 for a clutch replacement. I provided the brand new clutch and gave them 3k down for the job. (Initially, because they were going to purchase the clutch, but could find one. So I bought it and dropped it off.) 2 YEARS LATER CAR IS STILL NOT COMPLETED Shop broke and lost other parts and avoided working on it so they wouldn't have to fix what they broke. Oscar called me to tell me the car was picked up and has no clue as to why. Then he told me if I could pay some of the balance because he lost money on the repairs. Come to find out, that was a lie. I GET A CALL FROM THE BANK stating the shop called them and told them I had abandoned the car and the bill was not paid (As I was showing up every week to check the status) and they charged my bank 11,000 to release the car to them. I requested the invoice the shop provided, and to my surprise, things were added just to overcharge the bank and were not gone. I DIDN'T EVEN REQUEST THESE ITEMS. THEY ALSO VOIDED MY DOWN PAYMENT TO KEEP THE BALANCE HIGHER. OSCAR AND KYLE WILL BURN YOU BAD. AVOID THIS SHOP!!!!
