The time quoted to replace the windshield was 1 hour but took almost 2 , it was not a Mobile van so I have to bring the car to they shop Other Srevice was ok

I called many auto glass shops around the Bay Area to understand my options for repairing a cracked windshield after learning that going through insurance for this repair wasn't a viable option. Spoke with Amad, who gave me a competitive price quote over the phone & was able to service the car the following day. Service was relatively quick & the price I paid was what we discussed on the phone (no games), Minor hiccup: the windshield glass they had in stock that should've worked didn't exactly fit & they worked quickly procure another one, which added another hour. Most likely, that was an error on the part of the glass manufacturer. Fortunately, they have WiFi in the waiting room & are close to a plaza with a Starbucks. Overall, I will be recommending this shop to friends/family having auto glass issues going forward.

I went to see Ahmad for a second opinion on something about my passenger window. He was such an honest man and gave me his opinion about how I can go about fixing it. If he had the ability to fix the problem. I would have paid him honest mechanics are hard to find. I would highly recommend him to anyone because he's truthful.

Don't use this place they cause damage to my vehicle dashboard and installation was not adequate wrong size molding for my windshield So I'm going to have a new windshield and my dashboard counsel replaced by someone else what really is the biggest insult is that the owner called me assuring that he was going to fix the problem it has been 2 weeks and no response and they are forwarding my calls to voice mail TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! and no I did not pay them so now they owe me $600 for parts and labor
