I’ve had trouble with my truck in the past. The manager Corey has always been right there to walk me through the repairs. I have never given a Google review to anyone before but this company deserves it. Recently I went in because my thermostat in my truck needed replaced and in the process of that they fixed a couple other minor issues with my truck at no cost. These guys are honest and willing to put in the work. Truly appreciative and will always be my place to go to get repairs done! Thank you all.

Had a great experience here! The mechanics, front office staff, and general manager were all super friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate when people take the time to make conversation and make you feel comfortable, it shows they take pride in their work. The team wasn’t pushy at all, just genuinely compassionate and efficient. Service was quick and smooth. Prices were a bit higher than what I’m used to, but honestly, the quality of service made it worth it. Will be back in July.

Got the standard oil change. Mikael was very professional and thorough. I’ll continue to come here. My only complaint is with corporate. They require these technicians to put your next oil change at 3000 miles. Well, Ford who made this truck says with synthetic oil and highway driving 7500 interval is recommended. So does the corporate office know something my vehicle manufacturer doesn’t? No, it’s just greed

10/10 experience. My wife and I were headed out of town on a Saturday so we decided to pull up. We were greeted in the lot by Liam who made us feel very welcome. We explained what we were doing and where we were headed and he took care of the rest. He checked our tire inflation, changed the oil, changed the air filter and even washed the windshield for us. The guys were hard at work but looked like they were having fun doing it. Light, welcoming, safe atmosphere and a great start to our trip. This was our first time at Express but it certainly won’t be our last.

I brought my vehicles in to Express Tire and Lube-Barboursville to get two state inspections done. I have been going here for all of my vehicles needs since they opened, I have steered lots of business their way as well. Well, this morning, I took my 2024 Chevrolet Trax in first and was seen right away. They finished up pretty quickly. I told them that I'd be right back with the other vehicle. I brought it to them, a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse. It's been there for all maintenance since I bought it. Well, they failed it on the State inspection but not to worry they could order me a brand new rear windshield wiper and it would be there Tuesday. I had the technician show me why it didn't pass. He stated that it wouldn't touch the windshield completely. I said thanks and I'd be back after I go home and take a look. I repaired, cleaned the wiper, took the vehicle back to get my state sticker. The technician that helped me upon my return apologized and said that should not have happened. He sprayed some lubricant on the pivot hinge of the wiper and it works just fine. I paid for my sticker and left. I say all that to say this. I trusted this shop for years because they didn't nickel and dime you for unnecessary repairs. Well, that apparently has changed. I will no longer bring my vehicles there and I will not recommend them. I have spent thousands there over the years and sadly one attempt at rooking me to buy a new part when all it took was a couple squirts of lubricant. Why would you charge a customer almost 100 dollars for parts and labor when all it needed was about a .50 cent squirt of lubricant. Ridiculous. Sad business practice, folks. You will have better customers when you treat them right.

Very friendly and professional. We dealt with Dylan Holley and his customer service was phenomenal. I love how you can pull up to the front and sit in your vehicle while they do all of the work and guide you from start to finish. They don’t push parts and services down your throat either. They give you a printout of recommendations, and you let them know if you would like anything extra done. Their prices are also very fair, so we highly recommend and definitely will be back.
