To sum everything up, a bunch of LAZY and DIRTY men. called and asked if I could make a state inspection appointment, was told to come after 30 minutes because they were on lunch and it would be first come first serve. Drive all the way there and walk in and tell the guy i’m here for the state inspection and dude literally looks at me and says “i’ve done 11 today, how about tomorrow?” I replied “well what do you mean? what time are you thinking tomorrow?” and no joke follows up with “how about you just head on up to the mall”. if it’s that much trouble for a tiny 10 min sticker i’d hate to see the other work they do lol!

Took my sons car there For a pcm replacement very simple cost my 19 year old son 1500 only to be called and told sorry we didn’t fix your car come have it towed away.. So I have it towed to the dealer who tells me they put the wrong PCM in the car.. Wost shop ever liars do not go there…

Crooked business and owner. We are pursuing a case with the attorney general's office and the better business bureau against this business. I would never take a vehicle here or recommend that anyone does unless you want to pay triple the price of what was estimated, only for your car to not be fixed, and then try to be charged again for something this shop damaged in the first place.

Shady business. I've had work done on a couple vehicles here. It's hit and miss on the costs. Had my wife take a vehicle in and they over-charged her for the part by almost double, plus came in way over the estimate. When asked to produce receipts or anything to authenticate the "cost" of parts, the owner got very rude and refused to do so. Very poor customer service. Two days later the same problem with the car persists, so we know that all the work done was unnecessary and just a scam. They've lost our business and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Avoid this shop, there are plenty of others in town that will treat customers better and not rip you off.

PIN POINT AUTO SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! They do not fix your vehicle properly. I had to sue them in small claims bc they messed up my car & would not fix it. I had them to install a new convertible top. After being there for the 2nd time, my top would not work. It worked perfectly before I dropped it off. I won the case in small claims court but Pin Point Auto Services has yet to pay me & it's been a year now. Do not take your vehicle there for mechanical or custom work. They do not fix nothing. They only mess it up & charge more money for their screw up!!!!

This place is absolutely my favorite spot when I want to play the guessing game. Will they charge me more than agreed upon? Will they do work I did not ask to be done? It’s always a mystery! Joey is the best magician around, he can turn a $100 job into a $500 job without you even knowing. If you have time to waste and enjoy confrontation at your expense I highly encourage you check them out.

I went to Pinpoint to have my tires balanced and to get an inspection sticker. After two hours with no update, I called, and they said they were “finishing up.” What should have been around $60 for a tire balance plus the $20 inspection sticker turned into a bill of over $500 for work I never approved. No one called me to discuss the extra repairs or to get permission to move forward. I had no idea they were doing anything beyond what I originally requested. Dwayne was professional and apologetic, and he admitted they should have contacted me. Joey, on the other hand, was extremely confrontational. He told me they could rip everything back out and call the state police to report an “illegal vehicle” so I’d get pulled over. I told him he was welcome to do that, because I’d rather deal with a ticket than pay for unauthorized work. Joey also told me that I was young and when I got older I would realize that when you tell a shop you want an inspection sticker that means they have the right to perform any work possible without updating you on the price. I don’t know of any shop that would do $500 worth of work without asking or calling. Eventually, they apologized, put my old parts on and removed all the unapproved charges, but the situation was handled very unprofessionally from start to finish. I came in expecting a simple $60 tire balance and walked into a surprise $500+ bill with zero communication. I won’t be returning after this experience, and I hope they improve their customer communication and professionalism moving forward. Update: I spend $25 for 4 wheel speed sensors. Replaced the rear right sensor and it took all the dash lights off. So apparently a $500 job that requires a shop can actually be done with $25 and YouTube
